This is the third time, that I have gotten my Galaxy S4 repaired at this UBreakIFix. The first time I needed my power button replaced. They got it working for a reasonable price but the Bluetooth stopped working. Once they fixed up the bluetooth, the power button that thar they initially replaced was no longer snappy. In the end everything worked but it was a little bit of a pain to have to go back to the store several times to get everything fixed. They only charged me for the initial repair. And they have a potentially great notification system to let you know when the repairs are completed but someone didnt update it properly to let me know the repair was completed. They performed these repairs maybe 5 or 6 months ago and I have not had any issues with the power button or bluetooth. More recently, the speaker where you listen when talking on the phone normally completely stopped working. I could talk on speakerphone and still use the earphones, but placing the phone to my ear and talking didnt work. They replaced this speaker with a spare speaker maybe from another phone. Since it was not a brand new part but a reused part, they didnt charge my anything! And they fixed it within 2 hours. I was able to drop it off, basically go out for a long bike ride and it was ready to be picked up on my way home. Thank you Damien and John for hooking me up! I think the services that UBreakIFix are great. They help curb the tide of the steam of electronics that end up in our landfills.

I can’t say enough about Kyle, James, and everyone else at uBreakiFix in Falls Church. I needed to have the charging port on my HTC One M8 replaced, unfortunately the first replacement part was defective (phone would charge, but the attached microphone didn’t work). Even though it wasn’t fixed yet, I was impressed by the amount of testing done to make sure my phone was fully operational before having me back in to pick it up. After offering either a full refund or to try again, Kyle put in a rush order for another charging port (he actually ordered a few just to increase the odds that one of them would work) and had me back in 2 business days later once the parts arrived. Within a couple hours, my phone was charging and back to its old self. To be honest, I hope to never see them again. But if any of my family’s electronics break in the future, I won’t hesitate to pay them another visit. I highly recommend these guys (and gals?), they’re professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and the cost is more than reasonable. Thanks Kyle!

My daughters Samsung galaxy TAB3 charging port is broken. I called and met Kevin with an appointment @ Falls church facility and it is very welcoming experience, as soon as walked into their facility. This facility is very well organized and the people their are very professional. After checking out the TAB, Kevin advised me it doesnt need any hardware replacement for now and readily fixed the existing minor hardware issue quickly with NO charge. I really appreciate their professional attitude with very high integrity in their approach dealing with customers and highly recommend their services and would love to go next time for all my electronic gadgets fixes. My Samsung Galaxy s6 Edge phone glass broke after dropping it in a sharp corner. I called and talked to Willam and he checked inventory and they had my color. He said it would be 2-4hours and done same day. I rushed over and was greeted by one of their awesome employees -Riccardo and he got me all set up to get my baby good as new. Great thing, is you dont pay till its done, AND has a 90 day guarantee on their work! So I went shopping locally, and got a pedicure. I figured it had been 3 hours, Id check the status of my phone. Low and behold, it was DONE!! They did such a great job, AND they also do repairs on tablets, computers etc. I would definitely give em a call !!! :-)

I took and old mac in to have them put a hard drive in for me so that I would have a spare computer. They hit some unexpected glitches (they had to order some kind of internal cable) and followed up consistently every step of the way until the computer was fixed. Kyle was diligent in explaining making sure I knew what was happening with my computer. It is SO nice to have a storefront retail to walk into and not drop my computer off at someones house or at a drop off location. I had a great experience!

When my laptop stopped working, I tried a new battery and then a new charging cord before realizing it needed professional help. Kyle at UBreakIFix in Falls Church quickly diagnosed the problem. The charging port was damaged and needed to be replaced. The repair was done as soon as the part arrived. I loved getting the email updates on the repair process. I will take all future repairs to UBreakIFix in Falls Church for the great customer service and fast repairs.

I shattered my LG G3, but the awesome team at uBreakiFix had it working as good as new the same day. I did not expect to have it back in a few hours based on its condition. I looked at other competitors, but nobody could do it until the next week, and it would have cost me more for the same procedure. Hopefully I wont have to return, but I would definitely come back if I needed to based on my experience today. They definitely saved me this weekend.

Had a laptop LCD that was damaged... these guys did a great job fixing it... When you are in a time crunch and cant spare the time to fix something yourself, it is hard to leave your electronics in the hand of others. They understood my needs and I kept my laptop in my possession until the part came in and they replaced it within a reasonable time frame. No complaints here, Id definitely come back for other issues!

Just got back from having the broken glass on my 5S replaced. The staff at uBreakiFix were polite and extremely knowledgeable. Most impressively, my phone was ready in 45 minutes! All for $100 + tax, you cant ask for a better deal than that. Hopefully I wont need any more glass replacements on my devices (knock on wood) but should the need arise, Ill definitely be heading back here. Cheers.

My daughter dropped her brand new iPhone, which cracked the entire front glass. I got a recommendation for ubreakifix from T-Mobile. The price was reasonable, and we were professionally greeted by Damian. He checked us in, and the phone was ready within an hour. It looks great, and works great so far. Overall excellent experience at this vendor and location.

Very friendly and thorough service. Had the glass replaced on my Nexus 5x.. There was a glitch with my fingerprint recognition settings and they made sure it was fixed before I left the store. If you have a less common phone like the 5x you may have to wait a week for the glass to be ordered. They had iPhone supplies onsite.

Excellent experience. I went looking to replace my battery for my Galaxy S5. They did not have the battery in stock but recently recycled another customers phone and still had the battery. They put the battery from the recycled phone in my phone and it worked great. Damon in the Falls Church store was very helpful.
