Awesome customer service Arrived at the store a little after 8PM and left the store a little after 9PM. Since the store closes at 8 youre probably wondering how that happened. The answer Jose Vallejos. He was locking up as we walked up to the store (we thought it was open until 9). He asked us what we were coming in for, we said to upgrade a phone. He VOLUNTEERED to reopen the store and help us out. We thought it would be a quick thing, but it wasnt. I couldnt remember my pin, I hadnt backed up my phone but Jose stuck with us through the whole thing. He called customer service so I could reset my pin, he backed up my contacts, showed me how to back up the rest of the phone at home, set up the finger print diddy and everything! I would have been impressed with the level of service we received during normal business hours but to receive it after the store was closed, I was ecstatic! and we got some great recommendations for Peruvian restaurant and dishes! These guys tried to rip me off. They gave me a jetpack and told me that it was included in my data plan for my cell phone and that it wouldnt cost me anything unless I used it. Then when I got my first bill, turns out that was completely bogus, and that I was getting charged a monthly fee for the jetpack. Since I got my bill 30 days after I got the jetpack, it made it almost impossible to get ther service and device removed from my account without paying a $175 termination charge. Not sure what the motivation was for these guys to do something like that, but I highly recommend NEVER visiting this store. They will try to take advantage of you and will tell you lies to sell you product. They arent even a Verizon owned store, just a franchise. So when you have a problem, and call the real Verizon, they struggle to get anything done with them. Stay away from this place!

Jaime Lizarrga and the crew were awesome! Very patient, very responsive and knowledgeable about Verizon products and services. Friendly and they all went out of their way to make me feel very comfortable making the big leap from Galaxy to Apple. So they were able to seamlessly toggle between questions about the two different companies - even very specific information. I highly recommend coming to this specific store to make your purchases. And Verizon - know that you have an outstanding employee on your hands in Jaime Lizarrga . Be very careful when shopping at this store. I went to purchase a phone here and the employee cited a price (consistent w/whats on the verizonwireless website), but when the computer rung it up, the price came in almost $200 higher. The employee said that the price was a computer error and the manager would fix it later on that day. The manager called me later and said he needed to talk to someone else in order to fix the issue. Its been 4 days and now theyre refusing to fix the price. This store will overcharge you. Do not shop at "premium retailers" as they make up their own prices that are higher than actual verizon wireless stores (like the one in Tysons).

Excellent ongoing customer service, support and sales professionals led by Prince Gill, manager. Every knowledgeable, patient professional goes out of their way to improve Verizon experience, effectively and succinctly explain newest technologies and latest mobile phone, hardware, accessories & equipment options. Better yet, they will recommend and offer the most cost effective customized wireless package AND provide support for customized Verizon Fios residential packages, too! I highly recommend visiting this store for all Verizon services and devices!

These guys really know their business. Not only were they knowledgeable about the products and services but they were also extremely helpful in getting me the best plan to fit my needs as well as saving me a lot of money. Many stores are only interested in selling you whatever gets them the best commission, but Prince went out of his way to offer a plan that I would never have known about without his suggestion. It cost him another half hour of set-up time with me but he did it anyway. Ill never go anywhere else to buy a phone or for service. Thanks guys!

I met Mr. Jose Vallejos when I became almost completely frustrated with my new phone and could not figured things out...Mr. Vallejos is a most professional rep who was quick in understanding the issues and problems I was having. Mr. Vallejos immediately resolved the problems and questions I came with and helpful beyond what I would have expected. Mr. Vallejos also provided additional support which will make my life easier. Mr. Vallejos is truly a "fantastic find" which I highly recommend to anyone in my spot or any spot.

This place was amzing. I went to this location as a last straw. I was used to going to the corporate stores where I was treated as just a number. I had issues with my sIII, not only were they patient with me and helped me with my issue, they also looked at my account and helped me save $40 a month! on top of that I was able to get a hotspot, jetpack, so I could use wifi wherever for my iPad. When I have issues now I can call them, and they are always kind. Very pleased. Will be back here for every Verizon need.

We had the opportunity to work with Jose last Sunday evening to purchase a new iphone. My contract wasnt quite up (just a few more days) but we were in the area and hoped to get a new phone a couple days early. He helped us quickly and efficiently, while also managing to help someone else quickly and efficiently when the phone was updating. This was the easiest experience Ive ever had updating a phone.

I knew basically nothing about smart phones and they are always willing to answer any queries I may have. I ask a lot of questions!! I go into this store on my lunch break sometimes when Im waiting for food. Everyone is very friendly. They never pressure me into buying and are always willing to help. Harneet is an amazing employee. She is always willing to listen to this old mans stories and ehr accent is very nice. Jaime is the manager and helped me with my FIOS internet and television.

I visited this Verizon retailer regarding the Ellipsis Jet Pack which I did not know how to use. They were very helpful particularly Ali who explained in detail how it worked. I went home and started using and it worked just the way Ali said. He was very courteous with me and I will recommend to my friends that they go to this retailer and ask for him.

The store is well located in the Whole Foods shopping center. The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. They spent plenty of time working and showing me how to select and use the device I bought. Service is personal and excellent. I highly recommend the store and the young men that run the store efficiently.
