I came into Verizon this morning to get a new phone for my mother. Karim Kerr immediately greeted us at the store with a friendly smile and he helped us pick a phone that was perfect for her! He showed me several different options for the phone and as my mother is elderly, he helped me pick a smartphone (her first one!) that had a large font, language options in our native language, and even showed us how to use the phone afterwards. If you are looking for great customer service, then look for Karim and look no more. Five plus stars!

I was provided incredibly friendly and helpful assistance by Aprile. She walked me through a few different plans and options, and helped me decide on the one that best fits my lifestyle. She made the process easy and enjoyable. Her knowledge and professionalism made Verizon look good. Hopefully all the staff are as good as her at representing Verizon and doing their jobs.

Very dishonest sales practices. They rush you into buying products. 2 of the staff members were rude and did not seem interested in answering questions. I bought a phone and a screen protector. Later I end up finding out that it comes with a warranty. Would have been nice to know when I bought it so I could get my product registered with gadget guard.
