Update: Changing my rating to be 1 star as the screen is broken again. I think the issue is with restarting my iPhone - last time it failed when I tried to restart my iPhone as well. ---------------- First visited their location in Tysons 3 days ago for a cracked iPhone screen. The guy said it would take about 15 minutes and was able to had it replaced fairly quickly. The screen looked fine so I just went home. Later when I was at home, I noticed there was a small gap next to the volume buttons, which seems to be problematic. Also, I could feel one side of the screen is not smooth and has some scratching feeling. Thought these are minor issues so didnt bother to go back. In the following 2 days, I noticed there were a few weird freezes for my screen. When it happened, home key wouldnt work, and I had to press the power button to close the screen and then bring it back on. Last night when I was using my phone, the screen just blacked out with no reason. I went directly to Apple store this time. They tested it and said it could still be recognized by connecting to MAC, so it should be the screen broken. They further connected my phone to a outside display, and we can see that it is still working except for the screen. I went back to Cellairis this morning asking the guy to fix my broken screen. He looked very skeptical and kept asking me whether I dropped my phone or sit on it to make it break. I was super cautious about my phone after the first crack, so I was treating it with extreme care. The screen just died when I was using it. Then he started "educating" me saying I shouldnt keep my phone charging for more than 45 minutes and implied this would have negative impact on the mother board and could break my screen like this. I had no clue where did this crazy information came from. The fix was easy, he took down the screen and put it back, and the screen just went back alive. I was yelling in my mind "Isnt this a proof that you didnt install the screen well for the first time?! Why did you keep assuming its me breaking the phone?" Then he started saying I should get a case to protect my screen, which sounded reasonable but still had nothing to do with this incidence. I pointed out that there is still a gap next to the volume keys and he instantly responded "Thats because your frame is bent". I further pointed out that there is a scratchy feeling on one side of the screen and the response was "This is not original Apple screen". What does that even mean? Its not original Apple screen, so it is ok to sell it to customers even though it has flaws? Are you sure the gap is because my phone is bent not the screen itself has some problems? The phone seems to be working now, and he didnt charge me for the fix. Thats why Im giving 2 stars instead of 1. In general, I dont think the guy is friendly, and he just keeps assuming its my problem instead of admitting that the first installation was problematic.

Fraud Alert!!! Uses faulty parts!!! Refuses to listen to corporate!!! My daughter had her LCD and digitizer replaced on her Samsung Galaxy S7 yesterday at 7pm for $275. Within 2 hours, her phone looked like the picture below. She returned to the store to have the phone serviced, but Fasi (tech) refused to fix it because "that happens sometimes". The manager and Fasi sent my calls and my daughters calls to voicemail and refused to talk to either of us. I called Global Cellular (Corporate) and the representative said the store should fix the phone if there was no physical damage caused by my daughter. He then called the franchisee (also the manager) who agreed to fix the phone. The manager then told my daughter that he had not talked to Corporate and refused to fix the phone. She called the police to file a complaint, but the officer who came said he could not file a report on a civil issue and that this was the third time he had been called to that location. Both locations in this mall are owned by the same franchisee. Not only is my daughter out $275 for the repair that she did not get, it cost her almost $20 in transportation costs, and 7 hours of her life that she cannot get back. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

Had my Samsung S7 repaired here twice. I brought it in the first time for a cracked screen. After the repair, I wised up and bought a Lifeproof case to protect it. The screen cracked within two weeks after the first repair. I had it in its case and didnt drop it at all. I brought it in thinking that they will replace the defective screen with a new one free of charge because of their warranty system. However, they said that their warranty doesnt cover physical damage. They offered a discount on the second repair, which I mistakenly took. Fast forward a month and blue blotches started growing on my screen. Apparently, the LCD crystals are leaking. I brought it to them again hoping they would fix it free of charge. They informed me that this is physical damage as well and would not be covered under warranty. I never dropped or damaged my phone so this leaves me thinking they are purchasing cheap screens for their repairs. The repairmen all seem very nice and offer discounts but at the end of the day, they are just taking your money.

These guys went above and beyond for me! Cant recommend them enough! I came in with two damaged iPads, neither had been used in ages and I didnt think to charge them beforehand. I had all three of my young kids with me. The manager, Danny, worked with me and gave me a discount for the two screens. When they were fixed, it turned out (after charging) that one had another broken part, which they fixed without charging me. There is more to the list of ways they worked with me, including schedule and having compassion on the fact that running these types of errands with an 8, , 5, and 1 year old is incredibly tricky sometimes! The work was done well and the guarantee is great. They even stayed incredibly late to get it done for me the next morning. Thanks guys! They are worth paying a bit more.

Left my phone outside on a beer pong table during the torrential downpour that was Fourth of July! Had severe water damage on my phone. Brought it over to cellaris where Danny helped me with replacing the new screen and battery. He tested it for about 4-5 days while also dealing with the alarm constantly going off since I was away on vacation to make sure it was working. It had a few glitches still going on after it and I brought it over where cellaris helped me through them and my phone working perfectly at a very good price. They were kind and patient while helping me also they cared a lot about making sure every aspect of my phone worked. Highly recommend you go to them for any screen repairs especially if your phone damage is out of your phone warranty!

I went to purchase a phone cover for my iPhone 3, the sale person sold me a phone cover then offered to put it on for me. Upon trying to put the cover on my phone, the sales associate realized he sold me a phone cover for a newer model and it would not fit my phone and he didnt have any covers for my phone model and would have to refund the money to my debit card. This happened on Nov 8th of 2013 and it is now Dec 6 and I have been charged for the phone cover and no refund has posted to my account. All the phone numbers listed online for this business go to voice mail and i cant seem to get anyone on the phone. Going down in person today to try and get my money back. Will let you guys know what happens.
