This store is terrible -- they take advantage of nice old ladies who only want their phone battery reseated. If you go to this store, expect to call the Verizon Help Desk for real help. My mother went to the Verizon Wireless store this weekend because she couldnt get the battery out. The salesperson (Mina) reseated my moms phone battery, and then up-sold her a data plan and tablet (10GB/month for $80, shared with all the phones). We pay about $10/line for phone service, and about $30/line for 2GB data (~$160 total). Mina insisted that the phone service charge would remain the same at that this would be overall savings for my mom. So of course my mom trusted the salesperson and took the deal. My mom checked the bill when she got home. Imagine my mothers surprise when the phone service increased from $10/line to $40/line! Her bill increased from $160 to $240, instead of going down to $120. She took the unopened tablet back immediately and asked for the old phone plan. Those salespeople charged her a $35 restocking fee, and said that they couldnt change the plan back! She was very upset and called me, who is stuck on the West Coast! The good news is that the Verizon Help Line *611, is very helpful. They were able to change the phone plan back to what it was originally. Erica, the nice lady I spoke with on the phone, listened and understood how upset I was that my mother was taken advantage of, and was also able to refund the restocking fee (Well know for sure in about 3 hours). Again, this store is terrible -- they take advantage of nice old ladies who only want their phone battery reseated. If you go to this store, expect to call the Verizon Help Desk for help in undoing this stores deceitful and underhanded business dealings.

Worked with Verizon business support over the phone to activate a USB 4G LTE aircard and an iPad. Eventually discovered that the devices needed a new SIM and quicker to pickup from a store so i went to this location. Before I rant let me preface this by saying the store was completely empty and there were three people behind the counter. The very nice young lady could not find our business account, did not know what the USB aircard (Verizon logo on it) I was holding was or did, and told me that I would have to go to another location across town. She could not look up the phone number associated with either device or find our organization name or my name which is on the account. We have over 95 active devices so a fairly large account. Honestly?! Without taking any effort to find an answers for me she told me I should go to another Verizon. So today I went to a completely random location along my commute and was helped immediately. I deal with medical staff who need this stuff working and I dont have time to run around all day so thanks for nothing Main St location.

They dont deserve even zero point much less one. Zero must be an option. Please consider adding zero.i have been a Verizon customer for 16 years. I went to this stir today and they tried to convince me that my monthly payment is twice as much, that Verizon is posted and charged me over 156.00 when I actually only less than half. I tried to make sen every of it but they were trying to sell me a new phone and I think thats why they were trying to convince me the payment would be less than what I was paying. The three guys were not approaching me politely or professionally. They raised their voice and said to leave the store if I do t trust them. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this branch as a Verizon office. They have no loyalty to Verizon or its customers. I will certainly take time to write to headquarters of Verizon about this store and why there should be no business by Verizon with them.

WARNING: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, they have the worst customer service in Northern VA. Went to this store one Friday night, coz iPhone battery died, a young gentlemen named Christen H helped us placed the order for iPhone 6S plus. He told us it would be Wednesday when the phone arrive at the store. We called Tuesday to check, was told by a gentleman the phone has not arrived. Wednesday came and gone, no call from the store, called them to check, was told it did not arrive. We called the store almost everyday until the next Wednesday (10 days after it was ordered), we were advised someone canceled the order (not us) and the phone was sold to another customer. It was like a BAD nightmare. No courtesy call and follow up from the store. AVOID THIS STORE, they have the WORST customer service. Go to another store in Fairfax at Route 50 and Main St or Annandale.

We initially visited the store to upgrade to three new phones and to upgrade our service contract. Although, unfortunately, we had a considerable amount of trouble with Verizon Service upgrading our phones and our contract (they made many mistakes on their end), Khalil and his staff never stopped working on our behalf to set things right. We had to visit the store at least a half dozen times over a period of about four months to get everything straightened out, but we were always met with a smile and a willingness to immediately get on the phone with Verizon Service (never a pleasant task) and explain over and over what needed to be done. I would recommend Khalil and his staff to anyone purchasing a phone or plan; it is a pleasure to deal with someone who truly stands behind his product and acts as an advocate for his customers.

I have ordered two phones in September, one black and one pink. The expected arrival time is November 9th. The Black phone arrived in October along with a gold one. Then we asked where the pink one was and the salesman told us it would be here in two days. After one week, there was no updates and the pink phone was never arrived. We then called them again and they told me the phone would be there in two days(again). After another week, there was still no phone there. We called Verizon customer service today and they found out that the sales man placed the wrong order and he never ordered the pink phone. They just keep lying to us. We havent got our phones by NOW. They are terrible people and they are very dishonest. Folks please dont go there and avoid that store if possible.

First Rate! The staff is competent and helpful. We purchased two phones and assorted other devices. The members took time to help me equipped our phones. And me some nice short cuts and made some good suggestions. I am definitely recommending this store/business. Again, real care and service! I will use this business whenever I need this type of tech support and products. I appreciate the clean environment too. Definitely a 5 star experience at this location with the the good folks working at this store front. Simply a successful and powerful business experience! R. B.

All of the store staff here were very attentive helping me to get a new screen protector for my phone. The sales associate who helped me, Stefan, was particularly attentive: checking to see if there were additional discounts I was valid for and actually advising me about more cost-efficient plans than the one I had. I was in and out of the store so quickly that it left open a lot more free time for me to finish my other tasks. I would definitely recommend coming to this store. One of the best Verizon stores I have been to.
