I do not even give one star. this store is terrible. I do not know how many times I went this store because of Sim. I changed Sim card four times, but my phone still did not work. They said its because of my device problem. So, I bought a new iPhone. but it kept saying "NO SERVICE". I went to different T-mobil store, and they said that it because some one else is using my phone number! They even said that why people in this T-mobil store(Fairfax) should know about this problem. For a month, I paid about 37 dollars but could not use my phone. I finally changed my carrier to AT&T.

I got what I wanted from this location. Didnt mind the wait since I went in the middle of rush hour traffic anyway. The wait wasnt that bad since I got what I wanted. The only thing I would say is that the store needs to keep up with their inventory such as tablets. My rep was patient, nice and friendly. He set up my devices that I switched over from Verizon and my devices worked the way that they should after set up. Glad I switched from Verizon so it was worth it.I would go to this location again.

I wont recommend this place. Customer service SUCKS SO BAD. I came in for a trade-in. I switched over from AT&T. After 2 hours of waiting, I was ready to go. However, I couldnt text, call or used my data. I came back to the store and asked. The manager there told me that she checked and I should be able to use my phone. I left the store and checked my phone. I STILL COULDNT USE IT but I was too tired to come back in and complain. Very pissed! Maybe I should stick with AT&T after all!

Worst customer service ever got! I got prepaid number from this store. First time there was a system error while making payment and gave me another phone (new) number and charged me. they told me that I wont be charged twice. But they did. So I called customer service and ask for refund they denied me even from the store too. They asked me visit the store but I am outside state now so cant even go there.....

The representative in the front is very unfriendly and rude. Didnt want to really help me. Terrible service. Go to another store. Very disappointed. He also said that the 12 day sale hasnt been in effect yet. But according to Tmobile website it started December 1st and goes until 12th of December. Workers arent even educated on new sales they have. Terrible

I came here for a complaint of my bill for my tablet; I was promised that I would get $200 off the samsung galaxy tab s2 tablet if I bought the samsung galaxy s7. I got a text saying that the offer was terminated. The associate who helped me was professional, friendly and solved the issue. I got my $200 off my tablet.

Worst service ever. Employees dont know how to handle multiple customers. I have been waiting for more than an hour with no help all. If a customer is ignorant for not memorizing account information, the employee should help out another customers needs, not look just stand there doing nothing.

Was going to switch from Att and bring over 2 lines on March the 9th , asked to waive the activation fee, they said no, walked out and went to Verizon, even got free phones and better deal, no wonder why they were sitting there and doing nothing

Sales people are great, they have great attitude willing to help you, and do everything they can to make your purchase comfortable and successful. Ive been a t-mobile customer for over 12 years, and have dealt with that store exclusively.
