Great Repair Service!! Unfortunately, I recently cracked the screen of my Samsung S7. After reading the reviews about other Sprint (repair) stores in the area, I decided to make an appt and drive out to this Reston store from DC. Yes, its a hike BUT it was totally worth it. Syed Z., the repair tech, assessed my phone and was able to fix/replace my screen. My phone looks brand new (again)! The repair (tech) staff here are quite knowledgeable AND professional. Needless to say, Im impressed and I will be back. NOTE: if you plan on making your way here, you may have to wait to be seen. As long as you have good amount of patience, youll be fine . . . their service and help are worth the wait.

Horribly Long Wait Time Waited an hour due to this store being extremely understaffed, my experience with the ones in California have been much more satisfactory. But it felt as if they maybe had 1-2 employees on hand at the time when there was a 9+ Queue. TERRIBLE Less than satisfied. Have the protection plan on my phone and it recently stopped being able to charge so I took it in. Got told that because the lens cover on my phone was broken off, they couldnt repair anything.

This is one of the best kept secrets of being a Sprint customer in the area. There is no major sign stating there is a Sprint customer store in the front, so it is rarely as busy as most others. Simply drive around the left building to the opposite side and sign in with the security desk for a visitors badge. Friendly staff with multiple technicians so they can do just about any work on any device.

Infrequent Frequency

The ONLY sprint store that I use. This staff team is top-notch. Exceedingly knowledgeable. Very patient. They will answer every question that you have, clearly and factually. It used to be employee only - which I certainly attribute to their level of skill. From the Sales staff to Tech, you will not be dissapointed.

If youre going to go to a Sprint store go to this one. Some of the staff are kind of incompetent-- one of them lied to me about the price of a phone, but Curtis is awesome for fixing your phone. The staff here are nicer and more relaxed than at other sprint stores.

I have been coming to the Sprint store for years, they have always been a great help and quick repairs. The staff are outstanding. You do need to be buzzed into the building but you no longer have to sign in at the security desk.

I have been there for my Samsung S7edge Broken LCD. They took care of me very nicely. Teh tech name Ali helped me out and replaced the LCD very quickly and was very polite and professional. Great repair services..

A not obvious store on Sprints corporate campus but a good place for repairs and any support as it is geared to helping sprint employees - have to sign in with building security to get a visitor pass

They are slowest store ever been here for 4 hours to pay my phone off people walk in get serviced and being for 7 years with them... switching ASAP!!!
