This is the most unprofessional place that I have dealt with when it comes down to a phone. This will be the 3rd time I have been to this place for the same issue. I went in with a broken screen OK they replaced it with another one after paying the $90...I noticed that my screen was cracked again didnt drop it or anything so another $90 I paid...3rd time my screen cracked again on its own this time I refuse to pay another $90 the store manager himself skipped over the reason I was there which was the way this store does things is to keep you coming in paying all this money for reasons that are not of your own. The screen repair guy there doesnt fixes the problem correctly instead causes more problems to keep you coming back to spend more money. They dont see eye to eye at this store with their customer. I thought this store was perfect but after seeing my screen was cracking on its own not being dropped or bang against other items but because of the type of way this store is repairing the phones and then charging you for their errors I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND SHOULD TO AS WELL....DO NOT USE THIS STORE *************************************** Since I cant post a response to you from here Ill add it here. Note that we can go back and forth on this if you would I still stand by the fact that your crew at this store is a SCAM!!! Ill be glad to post a picture and bring it back to the store to see the negligence and poor customer service that you guys offer there. I dont take responsibility of something that you guys there has no idea in what you are doing but instead collecting people money but not fixing the problem. Since you so smart and claim you got it all you tell me why in the world does once person takes a phone there and 2 weeks later comes back again with the same issue and then back again with same issue. Its not the person with the phone but its the person that fixing the phone. I really believe you guys are not using Apple products when it comes down to fixing repair YOU ARE USING KNOCK OFFS AND NON BRAND REPAIR PRODUCTS...I really with I could do more in regards to passing the words so you guys dont get business...you are rude non professional and does not deserve my time and effort let alone money to help your business prosper.

This place will scam and lie to you. I took my phone with a cracked screen to them. I asked several times if they were using 100% real Apple replacement glass; they looked me in the eye and told me yes its "genuine" more than once. I immediately started having problems with the screen freezing up so I took it back within their "30 day warranty" period only to be turned away and told it was not the screen but that my "motherboard was broken". Then a week later I barely hit the screen and it shattered. I took it to a real Apple repair store and was told I was sold a 100% fake knock-off glass (they even showed me the proof), they said there was nothing wrong with my motherboard and that it was defiantly their faulty screen. They lied to my face about the quality of their product, and they refused to replace their faulty screen even though it was within their 30 days period. I flushed $90 down the toilet going to this business. Buyer be warned. Pay the extra money and go to a "real" repair store. Ive had zero problems with my broken "motherboard" since.

Once again, I found myself here because I am way too clumsy with my phone. Wessam and Sofia were more than helpful. They are so reasonable and that is the #1 quality I look for in a business. They worked with me on a price, but not even necessarily that, they just knew what they were talking about, listened to me and gave me their honest response. It may sound standard but its not these days. Everyone there is always so warm and friendly, even when I had my dog with me, Sofia had no problem talking to me from the door and not looking at me like a weirdo like most people do. Just really good, genuine people and a good business practice. Hell, Sofia even gave me 5$ for bus fare, refreshing and nice to see companies that care about their customers so much.

Came in early today and jeffery was working. He was a very profesional guy and made me a good offer on my note 5 and oculus headset. He asked if i could comr back later so he could have the cash on hand. I felt okay with that and came back later. When i cam back in the store was loaded with assosiates. I decided to keep the note for now but was going to accept the $50 they were going to give me for my oculus as quoted earlier. Another man in the store would not honor jeffs price and gave me 20 bucks. This is why i only gave them 2 stars.. if i neex their services again i will try them out. Jeff is an excellent dude. Hope for better luck next time.

I love this place! If you ever need a hidden gem of a phone, this is the first place to look. I got a ZTE-ZMax for only $100, and it retails $200! I also do my laptop shopping here. Ive bought two laptops from them within 3 years, and I only paid $280 for BOTH. They were wiped clean, had plenty of memory and space, and the second one is a Chromebook, so you know its a good laptop for the basics I need. And the service is wonderful; all the negative reviewers said so only because at times the shop gets extremely hectic, and sometimes the managers/workers have lost their patience with so many rude customers screaming into their faces all day long. :)

The service here was fantastic! I had one phone with a broken screen and when they realized they didnt have a replacement, they went to another store and found the screen that I needed so it could be replaced the same day. I had a second phone that I dropped into a full can of paint, which I brought with me mostly just for kicks. I really didnt think anything could be done to salvage it. But, to my surprise, they told me they could make it work and they did. I walked into the store with zero functional phones and walked out with 2! I highly recommend this store; they truly went above and beyond. Thanks again for all of your help!

Just went to refill my wireless hotspot,listened to the couple fight for an hour and a half while holding back my vomit because of the over bearing smell of curry.children were running around screaming and they gave me wrong change-THEN had the guts to actually call my phone and ask for it back.when I brought the money back to her(not even sure she gave me wrong change)i expressed that i was unhappy with how i was treated and she just said sorry and pushed me out of the door.i advice going next door this place is a scam.ill never patronize this business again

Had front glass replaced on my screens back in October. Screen started acting funny and took it back 3 days later and they replaced again. After the second replacement which took all of 15 minutes I found I couldnt take a selfie since there is some kind of film over the lens. Not a big deal however when The home button feel off and the screen cracked. I took it to another place and they explained why the camera didnt work right and showed Me the quality of the glass as well Price is not everything
