Have been to this store multiple times and none of my visits were what I would expect as far as customer service. I went in for a phone upgrade to get the GS5 and was told that I could get a free tablet as part of a promotion. The sales associate did not even once mention the $10 a month price that was required to put the tablet on my plan. I wouldnt even have gotten the tablet had I known it wasnt ACTUALLY free. The associates do not care about what you can afford, only about selling you more. Also went into this store again recently and 2 people were being helped when I arrived. I was checked in along with my brother and we were both put on the waiting list at 1st and 2nd. About 10 minutes of waiting later, a man walks in the door and without being checked in he is greeted by an employee who starts to help him immediately. Mind you this is right after the same employee asks us both if we are waiting... This sales associate was apparently in training, but to me following the waiting list should be one of the first things you are taught when training. Overall the customer service at this store is terrible and I would not recommend unless you want to spend more money and wait longer than other locations.

Wait is entirely too long. Unfortunately its the only store of this type in this area. If theyre doing a lot of business its because theres not another place to reasonably go. This is my second visit here, and both visits Ive waited 30 minutes before leaving. Unfortunately, my issue was handled by a rep over the phone in 5 minutes. I will not be back. Recommend anyone thinking of coming to this store to look elsewhere, or plan to wait at least 30 minutes before being addressed.

Came in and was added to the list. another person walks in after me and linda helps him before me, after she was done with him she goes into the back seeing that theyre were 7 people on the list and all of the employees were busy with other customers. I walked out being next on the waiting list.

First time was great. Got a guy named Frank this time and seemed like he had somewhere better to be. Put a screen protector on and it is peeling up. I was asking him about the new S8 active and felt like I was bugging him for information. If he comes your way ask for someone else.
