Ask for Chris Polhemus. I went in and told him I was considering changing service. It was fairly complicated since my many family members needed phones and tablets. He went above and beyond, asking how we each used our phones and what features were important to each person and then found us the very best deals available with several options for each of us.Open box deals, rebates, promotions , he knew them all. He even caught in passing conversation my grandma had expensive satellite internet .When she called him he cut her bill in half with twice as much data and faster internet. Had I ordered this stuff online myself I would have paid at 300-500 out of pocket. He had me out of this store with everyones phone 100% ready to go for a tenth of the that. He poured over my own phone bills to see exactly how much data we used and what the best fit for my family was so that I didnt pay more for a bigger plan than we would need. Im spending less money for more service each month. Best of all, when I got my first bill, THERE WERE NO SUPRISES! He had gone through explaining everything so well and left nothing out. They are still there for you after the sale too. If you have trouble figuring out how to use this or that ; just call them up and they will walk you through it. Rare customer service in this day and age.

The handsome gentleman by the name of Chris Polhemus helped me by saving myself from the clutches of the poor service I kept on with by the name of Straight Talk. He is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He clearly explained the terms of my new plan in detail as well as other options, he walked me through setting up my account as well as showing me how to work my new phone instead of sending me home to try and navigate my way around it. I highly recommend seeing Chris for any of your needs wether it be getting a new phone, switching service or what have you. I think youll be pleasantly surprised with the accuracy of my review!

The other verizon store by walmart wouldnt even talk to me. I came to this one as one of their first customers five years ago. I only deal with this this store now. Every time I come in the manager Justin helps me out and does a great job. I recommend this store over any other one around. All these guys will take good care of you like they do me.

Rashad lent me a phone when I was in a bind. I use my phone for work so i was really appreciative that he drove all the way home to get it for me. And he even assisted in the filing of my insurance claim. He is a very empathetic rep that you guys have working for ya.
