I highly recommend NOT going to this store. The store manager will try all kinds of stories to push you into higher costs and not be honest in his tactics. While the staff is friendly, they have one purpose and that is to sell products. I went in to buy a new iPhone 7+ for my mother and they didnt have ANY in the store. The manger had to leave the store to pick one up from somewhere, which took about 30 minutes. When he returned he kept trying to sell me a tablet, hot spot or other device while telling me it would cheaper. I finally agreed to a hot spot and I had 14 days to return it. I called Verizon to confirm his story and was told it was not so I went back on the 14th day to return it, which was on a Friday. There was a very nice salesperson in the store, the only one working, who was new and didnt know how to process a return. She called the manager and then put me on the phone and the manger said he couldnt do it that day but to come back Monday. I pointed out that the day I was there was the last day to return and he said he couldnt do it. I called Verizon who did everything they could to help and tried to get the manager to do the right thing but was bit very successful. Verizon customer service was awesome and made note of the issue in the account so I would not be penalized by the inept manager. Go to a Verizon owned store if you possibly can, otherwise, find a different store than this one if possibly can.

This Verizon store is a hidden secret... but with a crafty GPS, you will discover it and thank me later. I NEVER have a wait here and have been coming since they opened, but whenever I go to other Verizon stores, the wait is long and impersonal. The customer service is outstanding. For once, there is a store with sales reps that take time to help you find what you want and not try to upsell you. In fact, during job transitions, they helped me lower my bill. This week manager Jonas Goldman spent an hour helping me find what I both wanted and needed in a phone; he even invited me back to give me assistance on features that would help me professionally. Google maps has you do a weird u turn to get to the store; there is an easier and safer way to access the store. Drive through the red light in the right hand lane and turn right immediately after the WaWa; by going straight, you drive easily into the strip mall where the store is located. This store has a bonus feature: when you are done, you can choose between Sweet Frog or Tropical Smoothie next door.

I will be filing a formal complaint against this business with Verizon corporate. I switched from tmobile and preordered the s8 on first Saturday that it came out. I was told that the phone was supposed to come out sooner and that I would get it early, I didnt even get a phone call when it came out on the 21st. When I went to the store on the 21st the store didnt even have my preorder in stock, so they had to give me one off the floor. I was told the entire time that I was going to get the full pre order package in the store and come to find out I had to actually order it through Samsung FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Since this business gave me a phone off the floor, It blocked me from getting the vr set since it wasnt coming up as a preorder even know the manager said i wouldnt have an issue with it. I honestly just want to return the phone at this point and go back to my iPhone. Im honestly debating on going to another cell company, Ive never received this kind of service in my life! Id rather be on a United flight!

Working with Bodey at this location was phenomenal!!! He answered all the questions I had about switching to Verizon from ----- and about the new phones my Hubs and I were thinking of buying. He also stayed after hours while we needed to run over to the ------ store for a few other details. Even better - he was funny and made us laugh several times while we were there. Weve been back twice since then for a few other details and again, he was courteous, willing to answer any of our questions and very knowledgeable about the products and services. Oh yeah, we didnt have a wait either of those times and had his undivided attention the whole time. Thanks, Bodey! We appreciate you!

I was having issues with customer service and other stores telling me different things. I wanted to acquire the service but it was just seeming like too much of a hassle. I decided to give it one last shot and came to this store and I am so glad that I did! The cute rep that helped me, Cristian, was very knowledgeable about the products and services. He clarified everything for me and made the whole process of switching over from a different carrier so simple. I wish that I had came here first! This will be my go to store and will refer all my friends and family to you guys;especially to Cristian! Thank you guys sooooooo much! Yall rock!

This store is the best - great customer service and great location. All the reps are always very helpful. Noor Alshihabi, Communications Consultant is the best! She knows what she is doing and is always wiling to help with any questions you have. Ive dealt with her a few times and I cant say enough good things about her customer service skills. If you go there, ask for her. Jordan is great too, they all really are great in there. Very helpful and are great to deal with! She is an asset to Verizon and hope she never leaves that store. One of the best experiences Ive had with Verizon is going to this store and having Noor help me.

We went to this store because our Verizon store closed and the new store was not opening until Feb 5th. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the guys at this store were awesome! As a matter of fact while we were in there another customer was speaking with the manager and raving about how great they were and how much she appreciated their help with her problem. The store was clean, the music relaxing and it was not busy and it felt like we were given 100% of their attention. Even thought this store is a bit out of my way, I am pretty sure I will be returning to this store even after our new store opens.

Had a very positive experience with Eric at this Verizon store. He professionally addressed the numerous problems I was experiencing without making me feel as I was bothering him or interfering with his work day. This was not the case at the other Verizon store that I visited before coming to this location. At the previous store they made me feel stupid and let me sit forever waiting while I was the only customer in the store. I walked out and immediately came to this Verizon store. I will continue to use this location for all future Verizon transactions. Thank you again Eric for your expertise!
