I went in this store in early September and bought the very best motorcycle battery they offered,along with a tender for an additional 40.00 bucks,to keep said battery well charged.The battery was dead by early December,so I removed it,put it on a full service charger for several days,and it still would not take a charge.Today 12/30/11 I returned the battery and expected nothing but an exchange.The battery was put on their tester and I was told it was so low,it wasnt even registering that a battery was plugged up,but they would need 24 hours to TRY AND BRING IT BACK TO LIFE,at this point,I dont want this battery back in my motorcycle,for well over 120.00,I just want a new reliable battery.I was then told the 24 hours was all I get,but they were closed Sunday,so I could return Monday to see what result they had decided on.Well I left the battery on the counter,told them to keep the piece of trash they had sold me,and promptly left the building.I,nor my family,nor any person I know that I can sway,will ever do business there again,avoid this establishment like the plague!

Nice online experience, however when I went to the store to pick up my new John Deere replacement mower battery, they had to process my card all over again (which I had already done online), then they had to do another entire transaction to credit me core charge back. The process took 10 minutes. The system shop-online-pick-up-at-store experience needs work. Even the clerk at the store said it needed overhauling. Also, the online receipt I printed at home was nothing but huge banners and ads, using up 300 pages worth of ink for one simple receipt. Drop the fancy graphics, web designer. Think end-user in your design. It is ridiculous to use that much ink for a simple printout/receipt.

The back up battery for our home security alarm started chime. Instead of paying their cost, I research and found these folks very helpful. I ordered and paid for it online. Went to the store to pick up, no hassle, no waiting. Very courteous and will do business again!
