If you want help with your phone in a great environment, This is the place to go. Sylvester was a huge help and even gave me some tips on how to solve my problem. Honestly, the insurance that Verizon sells is kinda a joke, but we have to get it so we dont have to buy a brand new phone...so..with that said...the reps can only do so much. Its not their fault the company is set up the way it is. But they do control how they treat you and every other store should be embarrassed at their customer service and learn from this store. IF YOU LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE CITY OR CLOSE BY....THIS STORE IS WORTH GOING TO TO GET HELP WITH YOUR PHONE!!!!! these guys/girls are awesome!! I bypass 4 other stores to go to this one because of their service!! These folks should be rewarded! You will see me again!! On my next purchase!

Im very frustrated with the service and experience I had at this store. We purchased new phones and were sold accessories. The accessories were not compatible. When I tried to return them I was told there was a 14 day return policy and was directed to the fine print on my receipt. In my opinion the salesperson should not have sold accessories that were not compatible (he was the person pushing the wireless charger base) and should have been more upfront about a 14 day return policy. Most stores have 30 day return policies. 14 days seems extreme, especially around the holidays. To add insult to injury, the salespeople were completely apathetic. Buyer beware!
