Let me start off by saying that i just wish people who worked were more well informed. I wish i got the mans name, but its not the guy with long hair. The guy with long hair went through around 5 customers while the guy that was helping me worked on 3 for 4 hours. First off, all i wanted to do was exchange my iphone 6s 16gb for a 32gb. He told me there was a restocking fee which i couldnt understand because i had a 14-day free exchange still eligible for my account. As we proceeded he told me that ill get my number back but he has to close my current account and make a whole new one... (just to exchange a phone?!?! The same type of phone?????) so i went with it. After we got the new account rollin he then said "oh.... you have to have a new number...." mind you my childs father is in jail and so this old number is very important to me. I was livid.. anyways, He gave me a ticket number to call and get my old number back. And told me this would happen within 48 hours. So heres 48 hours. I talked to a couple different sprint representatives, one which told me THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED FOR HIM TO MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT JUST TO SWITCH MY PHONE. (More to the story, but this is my review for this man at the store. He has short hair, has an attitude with everyone and has a bit of an attitude with EVERYBODY. Speaks spanish. Hope that is enough description for yall to steer clear from him) DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE NOT WELL INFORMED. WILL PUT YOU THROUGH MORE THAN YOU NEED TO. If i could give no stars, i would. MORE TO THE STORY: calling service representative and they told me i have to go back to the store so that they can close this line and activate my old number. MY PHONE DOES NOT EVEN WORK ANYMORE. It does not make calls!!!!!! What line do i have active?!?!?! THEN THEY TRANSFERRED ME TO ORDER SUPPORT WHICH IS CLOSED BUT DIDNT BOTHER TO TELL ME THEYRE CLOSED. Still here with a non-working phone. New review: i would say, just dont go with sprint.

ref the service dept. the one Jamaican guy (sorry to describe that way but hes got a cool accent) - hes actually very experienced and knowledgeable, and clearly tries it to help ppl.I definitely feel hes got customers interests in mind when I work with him. I havent had such a great experience with others there, and have watched others have issues with some of the others as well)... and feel management has to be pulled into a variety of issues, and rather frequently.This is why I prefer to work with him, and this other gal (younger, experienced w/repairs, wears glasses, black hair). sorry I dont know there names, though you think I would given how often Ive been there... (I have been a LONG term sprint cust. On the technical side, man their refurb replacements are problematic. And the fact that they cant do backups there, b/c of their horrible wifi (as the manager explained) is just crazy to me... Try them and lets hear how you describeyour first experience. See what you think. Its usually a win or complete loss.

The repair service dept in the back of the store are very good and helpful, but the customer service agents up front are like a bunch of school kids on a playground. There is to much joking and playing around and the music should not be that loud, this store is more like a party then a place of business. These employees are very immature and unprofessional and will never see me again. I went to get a Sprint accessory turned on they looked at it as if they have never seen one before. Therefore they didnt know how to turn it on or even activate it, even though the store is plastered with advertisements for the accessory all over the walls. After my wife advised me that this store is a Sprint Adcomm store and not a real Sprint store we left and went down the street to a genuine Sprint store where the atmosphere was totally different and we received excellent service from Ms.Ventura and a Mr.Arvelo. In a matter 45 minutes we where walking out the store activated and satisfied.

I walked in to this store with my newly purchased Nexus 5 which I bought from google because taking the sim card from my HTC One and putting it into the Nexus 5 wasnt enought to get my new phone working. They were blasting music very loud and made it difficult for me to communicate with them for one. Secondly they said that they didnt have the sim cards in stock to put into my new phone to make it work and they had to call someone else to even try to figure out what to do, which ended up being wrong information anyway. I called the Sprint store in Gainesville and they told me to come over and they would take care of it. I went there and sure enough the lady there did just that. She made it work no problem. Bottom line this store in Manassas is pathetic and the 2 schlubs who were working in there had no clue. I knew more about phones than they did.

The people at this Sprint franchise did not keep their promises to me & my business. "If you comeback on Black Friday you will save $150 and you can ""walk out"" with your new LG G2 phone." Two days later, on Black Friday they broke their promise to me, "We cant sell you that phone today, youre a business. You can order the phone and we will send it to you." I said, you need to keep your word and my business has 15 sprint phones, cant you help me? I took my business to the Sprint Store down the road at the Giant/Westgate Shopping Center, Walked out with my LG G2 in 10 minutes.

Worst customer experience ever! If I could give it a 0, I would. Sales reps are rude and not helpful at all. They are in a rush to get to the other customers. They need to be more friendly and polite. They dont tell you anything about the phones or plans, theyre just concerned about selling. I did not like the way the sales repsentative rushed me in picking a phone. Never coming back to this sprint store.

called the store, they answered with a "hello?" and had to ask if this was sprint. Then I proceeded to ask my question and they cut me off mid question and stated that they dont have what im looking for and hung up. makes me question the whole company and ive been a sprint user for years.

4 hours for my payment to post to my account. Thats something you should mention to the customer before they make a payment. If your making an immediate payment to prevent disconnect go to a corporate store not here!!!!!

The technicians are rude and disrespectful. They dont know how to properly talk to customers. I love Sprint, and this is the only Sprint store with technicians closest to me, but customer service is very poor.
