Had a great experience today at the Sprint store. I normally dread having to go to any store to deal with phones but today was a game changer. I went there on a mission today for Mothers Day. I showed up early and waited until they opened so I could be the first in line. The doors were unlocked with a friendly smile by the store manager, Wes. He quickly helped me figure out which phone to get, lease or no lease, and showed me all the different cases and which ones were popular, etc. Then he transferred EVERYTHING from the old phone to the new phone! Texts, apps, contacts, pictures...every single little thing. You dont know how happy that made me. Every time I have had to upgrade a phone in the past and transfer data from old to new, there has ALWAYS been some kind of issue. Hence the reason why I dreaded this day, but turned out to be a pleasant surprise, thanks to Wes! Also got to hear some funny stories while I waited.

Waited 45 minutes because only one person was working. I was due for an upgrade and told them that I wanted to trade in my phone and buy a new one. Was told that they cant do that in this store and they can only lease phones, yet they had the sale prices out next to the phones in the store. Total waste of time that couldve been avoided with a sign stating that they cant do trade ins. The person working took a personal call while helping us as well. I wouldnt recommend going here.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS! The store employees gave my brother and I the runaround for THREE weeks "trying" to fix his Sprint iPhone, which resulted in half a dozen trips to the store and hours on the phone with customer support. THEN, after we finally got someone from the national support group to help us, these employees fraudulently submitted a form saying they referred us to Sprint, which we didnt authorize them to do!

Very long wait (1 hour when only 2 other costumers in store). Then 2 hours of them playing with our phone only to have them tell us they couldnt take care of the problem (trying to activate a new phone, needed a Sim card they didnt have) and we would have to go to another store.
