I went into the store for a couple of questions and Darrell answered them and so much more. Darrell even saved me money by changing my plan to what would work better for me. I was dreading going to the store because I find the plans to be confusing and the pressure annoying. I was pleasantly surprised at how simple Darrell made everything. He was so patient with my continued questions and I didnt feel pressured at all. I ended up upgrading my phone, adding a line, and getting two tablets. All of that and my new bill ended up only slightly more than I had previously been paying. I absolutely recommend going to this store for your wireless needs.

Darrel provided excellent service in helping me transfer my old phones information to my new phone. He also did an excellent job in helping us set up our Direct TV and our Digital Life accounts. He went above and beyond to make sure we received the best possible deal with our bundle package (phones, TV, and security). We needed to save money and his expert knowledge enabled us to get the most for our money. He is an excellent manager and we will be sure to shop at the Ashburn store for our AT&T needs. Their customer service is very bad.not good.they talk to custo&trs very badly.and also if you ask them to do something for you,they rudely tell you to go to another at&t store to do it. I visited their south riding and Ashburn store and carolyn and alex told me rudely that I should go somewhere.I dont know who hired carolyn.she is something else and doesnt have no respect for her clients. I would not recommend these two stores. If you need something, dont waste your time at these stores.go to a coperate store.
