8-22-17 Update: Went in to transfer everything from old phone to new Android. James helped me and was terrible. First he said my phone did not have an SD card slot when I found out later it did. When I left the store, I tried making a call on my new phone and it did not work. Went back in the store and found James had inserted the SIMM card upside down. Felt he did this intentionally as he seemed to have a bad attitude the whole time. He is heavyset light skinned black man. I went in to purchase a new Pantech Breeze flip phone for my elderly father. He was on a month-to-month plan as his two year contract had expired years ago. I told the salesman that we wanted to stay on the month-to-month plan and not resign a two year contract. He told me we could do that and the cost for the new flip phone was $50. I paid the $50 and signed on the electronic keypad as they dont show you what you are signing, you just have to go by their word. Later, I found out the salesman had lied to me and I had unknowingly signed up for a two year contract when I signed on the electronic keypad. I called AT&T corporate office and they were of no help. I would advise anyone going to an AT&T store to have them print out a paper contract for you to read before you sign on the electronic keypad. The salespeople will lie to you as I assume they get a commission if they can trick you into signing for a two year contract.

I was there couple of days ago. I was going to upgrade my phone, since I have been with att for over 10 years, I never had any issue. An African American sales rep name Colay I think,He has a gold teeth. I cant really remember that well, He was so rude, when I asked him a question, He replied" Do I know you?" I said, I am a costumer, you dont have to know every one who walks through this door. I was there with my friend, and she had some questions about her recent purchase too. She cant speak english very well, so I was also assisting her with that too. Ive told him he was rude and he said I can call the costumer service if I dont like it. Ive already contacted AT&T through twitter and they want his name. I will post it on twitter. He should get fired. I left the store, and my friend came after me. I am not sure about staying with AT&T after this miserable experience. He was yelling at me, and walking towards me almost in threatening fashion. Unbelievable.

I dropped by for what I thought would be a quick pickup of a new phone I ordered online, unfortunately the paperwork to release it took longer than expected for both me and the Manager, Jason, who was patient and determined to help resolve the issue. He knew I was on a lunch break and was respectful of my time. I returned later that day for a different issue and their customer service reps made sure to acknowledge me as they finished up with other customers. Employee Mike was being very patient helping a lady navigate the world of data storage, iCloud, and overall iPhone settings. He then went on to assist me with my issue until it also was resolved even though the store had passed closing time. I was very impressed with the level of customer service there, you dont always see that in retail these days. Will definitely return if I need to and highly recommend!

Went to check out and possibly upgrade my phone to the new active S7. The ones in display were gold color and green color. But I wanted to see the dark black color but it was inside some kind of water display. The saleswoman POOJA said they do have the black color in the stock but she absolutely confirmed that she wont show it to me unless I buy it for sure. Wow. I dont know what to say about about that customer service approach but it definitely made me not to buy the phone at all; never in this store for sure. And of course she was not friendly to begin with. Its high time to think about switching the carrier

I just went to the AT& T store in Leesburg next to Wegmans to replace my wife’s older iPhone. What a rude and unprofessional staff. The assistant manager said our system is “down” so we can’t tell you what it’s worth for a trade-in. Then handed me off to a young lady (Sara) who before I could say a word walked across the store and wrote down the prices of New iPhones without even asking me what I was interested in. We I asked why should buy an iPhone from AT& T versus Apple she walked to the front door as to say you can leave NOW! We did, and I will never be back!!!

Im not one to take time out and write reviews but had a truly exceptional experience at this AT&T store yesterday and thought the guys should know how much I appreciate their help. I had to return a phone last night and made it to the store just before closing. The staff was super nice & helpful, and my experience could not have been any better. Fantastic customer service.

Extremely rude staff. The manager was polite and helpful for helping my warranty issue but the rest of the employees either blatantly ignored me or just called customer service and handed the phone to me instead of actually working.

As I walked in I was treated with upmost respect by each and everyone of their employees. The Employees catered to my every need and some more. I do not have an affiliation with AT&T as I am just a happy customer.
