If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I went here this weekend to return my Note 7 device. Before going to the store I called Sprint to make sure this was the location I was supposed to take it to and they assured me it was. When I arrived at the store there was only one person "working", but he was with two customers whom her had apparently gone to high school with, and was more interested in talking with them about partying and who they hang out with then he was in doing his job. I waited for over an hour to speak with him. When I finally had a chance to speak with him I was told that I needed to take the phone to a corporate store. I explained that I was told by Sprint to bring it to this store but he was, of course, clueless as to why they told me to go there and was unable to help in any way. Recap: I would not recommend going to this store for any reason unless you have at least a few hours to kill. They are apparently extremely understaffed, and the people that are working are extremely incompetent.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store. I was in there today to add a tablet going to my phone line and that there was a mixup that would have costed me dearly but, the awesome store manager was very very helpful and went out of his way to make the situation work! I have never used corporate stores before this but from now on they will be all I will ever use! Thank you Steve for your wonderful help! You personify what customer service means!

Daniel Ramirez made the experience simple. I wasnt going to continue my contract but he listened to what I needed and casually showed me a few options that made it a no brainer to renew my contract and set me up with a new iPhone. He even helped me configure a few things I wasnt sure about and installed a protective screen for me. I never once felt pushed or pressured. Ill be back and recommend this employee if you need help

I had broken the side of my EVO and walk in, was great by a very polite, respectful, beautiful sales rep named Katie and with no problem at all she had basically fixed my problem. After talking to her I waited about 10 mins for my phone then walked out a very satisfied customer.
