Worst experience ever. The manager, Justin, left out so many important details when it came to incentives, military discount, employee discounts, etc. I ended up cancelling within the 14 day period (thank God for that) but instead of just giving me my money back I paid for the phone, they charged me a $35 restock fee for their omissions and couldnt even provide me a receipt showing I would be getting my money back. Regional Manager refused to speak to me only spoke "to me" through an associate. I went running right back to Verizon. Never again.

Employees seemed very unprofessional and rude. If you want to purchase a phone I wouldnt recommend coming here Manassas provided much better service nonetheless I plan on switching to Verizon due to terrible service.

Sprint is a terrible network, the coverage is even worse. Youre better off going with Verizon if you live in Gainesville. Way better service.
