The last two times I have gone to pick up my prescriptions at CVS 525 Spencerport Road, after ordering by phone and receiving confirmation they would be ready at 1:00 PM the next day, they have not been ready. On the first occasion the pharmacy was out of the dosage size the doctor prescribed(the pharmacy made no attempt to contact the doctor or me to tell me there was a problem. On the second occasion(today) I went to pick up a phoned-in prescription which had been confirmed for pickup on Tue(two days ago), and was told no such order had been received and if I was willing to wait, they would fill it for me. In that I am 79 years old and walk a half mile to the pharmacy, I was annoyed at the inconvenience of a wait which seems to me to be the advantage of phoning in prescriptions. I declined to have the prescription filled, and am now considering choosing another, and closer, pharmacy.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. The only issue I have is that when I go to pick up my prescriptions after receiving a confirmation email they are never ready. A lot of times they run out of the advertised sale items but they are good about replacing out of stock items with comparable items. The manager is very helpful and pleasant.
