I was a customer of this Walgreens for years but had numerous problems with the pharmacy. They either lost prescriptions, told me they were already filled, or there was a constant issue with my insurance and I was constantly being told my prescriptions were not covered. They would try to get me to pay full price for medications. Also, numerous times I have had some of the pharmacists and other pharmacy staff loudly pronounce what some of my medications were for or in other ways make me feel as though my private pharmacy information was not private. HIPAA. Some of the people who work in the pharmacy were great but it got to be a problem where it was more hassle to use this pharmacy than to switch. Now I use another pharmacy in town. I tried to talk to Walgreens representatives about the issue and they acted like they did not care. I feel bad for the few staff that do most of the work in this pharmacy.

Went to walgreens today after my prescription was called in by my doctor. Prescription was not ready so I was shopping while my prescriptions were being filled. I heard security pages over the intercom while I was shopping. I was under the impression that I was being followed and watched. I also ran into another customer who felt the same way. Walgreens was my favorite store until today. I have been getting my prescriptions filled there for over 10 yrs. I will no longer shop there ever again. I have three good jobs and I dont have to steal from anyone. I took it up a notch and contacted corporate, and Im glad I did. Dont single ppl out and make assumptions walgreens managers on sunset in rocky mount, NC 27804.

Staff is friendly and always helpful. I have never been disappointed with the service at the pharmacy or in the general store. Its also comforting to have a licensed pharmacist there 24/7. The pharmacists have been extremely helpful recommending over the counter solutions to problems from a nagging cold to meds for a puncture wound. I have great confidence in their advice.

The blonde lady with the short hair was so very rude.Who asks a 12 year old if she has any questions for the pharmacist? Its an antibiotic Not a narcotic. You dont need to scream at people. You obviously have issues that need to be addressed. I hope a manager reviews the camera feed so they can see how unprofessional you acted!!!!

This pharmacy has no desire to move quickly... there is always a line of 5 people or more with one person working the register at the pharmacy. I have never been in and out of this store in less than 30 minutes. No time is saved in the drive thru either. I do not recommend this location for pharmacy use.

If you need a prescription filled quickly do NOT come here. 21/2 hours later I get a text prescription is ready. Go to store to pick it up and it takes them 15 minutes to locate the prescription.

Staff was very rude and unwilling to help me out. They made me walk inside in order for them to mark me as a waiter otherwise it would be 2hrs verses 20 minutes wait for my prescription.

Wasnt busy at all lines about 6 people long at the pharmacy. Clerk was pleasant and friendly. Was definitely dirty compared to other Walgreens
