Just spent 1,5hrs in line waiting to get a new phone with little to no acknowledgement. The worse thing the guy on Monday advised we can do phone and service transfer in the store...and now we find out its not possible. What a waste of time because of lack of knowledgement.

I came in and told them my basic info and what I wanted to do today. 33 minutes later they got to me to tell me they didnt have my phone but they can "order it from Martinsburg" absolute garbage service. Never going to a best buy mobile again
