Please dont pass on this review just because it is 1 star...I have never left a 1 star review before but felt the need to for this store. The customer service was so awful I actually called Sprint directly to let them know. I went to pick up a phone that I had been told by the store 3 days prior had arrived. When I got there, the one and only person working couldnt find it. She called her manager and I could hear her manager say that if she could not find it then it probably hadnt arrived. The fact that I got a call saying it was there was dismissed by both the employee and the manager. I then spoke to the manager on the phone and she was rude and unsympathetic. I told them I live 35 minutes away from the store and this was very inconvenient, but the response I got was, "Well I live 45 minutes away." Later, a rep from Sprint called the store with me on the line and the same girl said my phone was there. They were not willing to ship it to me or acknowledge the inconvenience of me having to drive back to pick it up. This employee was even rude to the Sprint person! No effort was made to apologize or empathize. What has happened to quality customer service?

Too long wait i came in to drop something off they were busy i left and came back and he had only helped 2 people after i left they need tk have more than 1 person at the store at time1

The guy working there didnt provide much help fixing my phone. Im pretty sure he just pretended to help me when actually he didnt fix anything at all.
