I too hate to give a store such a low score. Especially since I was so excited that a TSC had just moved into the area and just opened. But I went in and it took me being in the store at least 20 minutes before someone asked if I needed any help. Even though there were 3 of them standing and talking to each other at one of the registers. It couldnt be that I wasnt noticeable either because I was with my chatterbox 10 year old daughter and we had looked at some of the toys at entrance when we got there. Plus we had also walked passed the registers a couple of times later wandering. At one point I asked a lady near the registers a question but I almost didnt. Why? Because of manners. I had waited for her to get done with a costumer and she turned around to start walking away and I said "excuse me" she began to turn around and said "what!" I dont know what my expression must have been but she changed her tone and asked me how she could help me. So I began to explain the type of dog bowl I wanted and she had no clue then walked around several aisles then said no they didnt have it and to try Petco or Petsmart. I said maybe I could try online since I said I had already tried the stores and I got no response other than a blank stare. I believe that kind of sealed the deal. Wont be going back there again.

I am sad to rate this place so low. I was so excited to see a TSC opening near me - excited enough that I stopped shopping at Southern States and would drive past them and an extra 5 miles to go to TSC - even with traffic! But after three visits within a month. Where each time I found they were "out of stock" of basic things that people NEED for animals (food) I have given up. I tried to call after my last visit just to let them know what my experiences were since they are a new store and could probably use the feedback from a customer, but the manager "Carol" didnt want to answer the phone because I waited on hold for 7 minutes before I hung up. She cant say she was busy with a customer since I had juated walked out of the store and the only other customer was the one checking out when I left. Back to Southern States I will go, they may not be "as good" or new but at least they keep the important things stocked and their employees have always been helpful.

Love TSC as a whole Manassas store does not stock properly and never has Strategy Horse feed reason given it is a quick seller yet they have tons that never move. I end up driving to Marshall VA store more times than not and voice my complaint every time still no improvement. They run out of gloves, boots, PTZ and I am sure there are many more but you can find them in Marshall, VA. They do not load your truck nor do they ask if you need help basically you are on your own not matter what you are hauling. I have a horse farm so many times I have shavings, feed for dogs, horses and rabbits. The Marshall Store ask and loads every time sadly I waste an hour more going to Marshall but customer service means a lot.

Overall great store! I came in looking for a cattle halter and did not see them in the livestock section. I asked an employee and he said " Uh... we dont sell that... what is that?" I turned the corner and found a very very small selection of weaver brand halters. I got what I needed. I just wish the employees know what they sell and that they had a bit bigger of a selection.

A really good store with plenty of inventory. Some traffic on the main road makes getting in and out a challenge but I like this store.

A little more urban than most tractor supply stores I know. Actual tractor parts selection is weak compared to Warrenton store.
