Used to think they were worth it. I go in TODAY and I try to get a used Xbox 360. They tell me "Do you want to buy a warranty for $10 because a lot of the used consoles have defects". Of course I say no because for one I know all they do is try so suck money from people, and also Im not paying 10% for a warranty. I get home, connect everything, and thats when I encounter my issues. I try to open the disc tray, wont open. When I finally get the thing open, I put in a disc, it wont start it up. "Open Tray" appears on the screen, which usually means this Xbox is older than the Second Amendment. I try multiple discs just to get this same issue. Now is when I refer to what the cashier said. "Do you want to buy a warranty for $10 because a lot of the used consoles have defects". Now Im for sure he knew this thing was screwed up from the start. Heres a tip for you Game Stop, TEST THE CONSOLES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THEM!!!

This GameStop sold me a pre owned game that I put in my console ONCE. I played the game had for for a few weeks and chose to bring the game back to trade it in. When I went to trade it in they wanted to charge ME money to refurbish the disc, for a tiny scratch in the plastic in the center of the disc. They said it was from excessive and rough handling. I decided to take my game to another GameStop, and they traded it in NO PROBLEM. I would not recommend this GameStop

The guys behind the counter know video games, are always willing to answer questions and even if they are busy they always keep the queue in the right order which is HUGE in the customer service field. Everyone that gave them poor ratings for not answering phones should learn to understand that a store with 2-3 people in it cant field 5 customers at one time. Id be happier getting no answer for now then a rushed answer that may be inaccurate.

Typical GameStop. Standoffish employees with pretentious attitudes. It is GameStop after all so I dont expect much in terms of quality customer service. Typically they are kids just starting out with their first jobs learning how to provide customer service but apparently GameStop doesnt provide adequate enough training. I gave 2 star because they typically have inventory.

wth can i never get anyone to ever answer the phone smh gamecrazy right down the st answers and they have great customer service. only reason i want to even talk to you all is to find out if you are mid night releasing ncaa if gamecrazy was i wouldnt have wasted the three times i tried to call you all

If you return something here they give you cash. Which, if you return anything over $50, requires them to open the safe. Which they say takes 10 minutes. Stick to Amazon unless you need something today, theyre cheaper anyways.

Customer service used to be amazing, but since some changes to management over the last few years, Ive noticed a high turnover rate and inconsistent service. Game selection is the better of all the stores in my opinion.
