Ive never reviewed a business on Google before, but our experience with this Sprint store has been a 3 month nightmare. Originally the staff was patient and courteous, but after waiting a month for our $500 visa refund card, we found out that an employee entered our information incorrectly. After the employee finally entered our information correctly, we were told that it would be another 4-6 weeks. Sure, thats frustrating, but mistakes happen....Another 5 weeks pass, and our card still doesnt arrive. We call the store and ask about the status of our refund and they said "its on its way". We ask for the district managers phone number, and she tell us "it will get there when it gets there"... that was a month ago... For the past 3 weeks the district manager, Terry Gregg, has been dodging our phone calls, only responding to our requests in short, cryptic texts. Ive never witnessed such incompetence and mismanagement in my life... Tomorrow were filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because were entitled to our money.... If youre going to purchase here, keep track of all of your records.

All the associates in this store were very helpful. I felt like my brothers were advising me. I came in because my Samsung Galaxy S6 stopped charging through the charging cord because it was worn down from use. Though I had cell phone insurance i made sense to just get a new phone rather than pay the deductible. They did not try to push a sale but left it up to me. I ended up with a S7 Edge which is a bit heavier but has a two day battery life. On four different visits, they helped me. Quentin helped me on the first day and helped me change over my plan to the unlimited data plan saving us money. He transferred data over from the cloud over but I discovered that the data on my phone didnt make it all over. I came back again with a wireless charger so that the rest of the transfer could take place. The manager the next day helped me do the transfer and delete everything else from my old phone. Today I came by and Ronald meticulously placed the tempered glass screen protector on my phone. I interacted with all five staff members. They are all terrific!

Best Customer Service Ever - the day after Christmas the store was full of customers like me with complex multiple-device activations and upgrades and both Quentin and Christopher were patient, professional, helpful and pleasant. Seriously - the best customer service Ive experienced.

New store with a great attitude. A knowledgeable gentleman Quentin helped me with switching plans and was great. As usual, nothing went as planned in setting up (not the stores end) - but Quentin was cool as a cucumber and made it all work. Appreciate the great customer service.

Visited the Dulles Landing store on October 7th and I was overwhelmingly pleased with the service I received from Mr. Quentin Burks. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful..I would love to see more employees of Sprint with this same enthusiasm and knowledge.

Quentin and Chris were awesome helping me to restore my phone. They were patient throughout the situation. The process took quite a while, but they stopped at nothing to get my phone back working right. Thanks guys my phone is like new again!
