Most of the other reviews on this page are from the owners and employees. My experience was the worst i have ever had with any company. At the advice of Verizon i took it to RVA Wireless BIG Mistake, they ordered the parts, took 7 days to come in. Then it wasnt fixed right. Took it back now the parts took more than 3 weeks to get so they shipped it. It never arrived (UPS) so we filed a claim stating never received the phone and the value. The Claim is between RVA and UPS, been waiting and waiting its now been 90 days without a working phone which is ridiculous and the Owner has the receipt and all documentation but wont replace the phone or even give a loaner till the claim is settled. It has been more than a month since the UPS claim was filed and theyre offering me less money to replace an expensive phone than it did to repair it in the first place. these people are shady, and dont care for their business ethics at all. if youd rather not get screwed over than i highly recommend you take your business elsewhere and save yourself a huge hassle with people who dont give a damn. btw Kamran Bajwa is the owner of RVA wireless carytown who ive been dealing with and its very shady business to see himself go on here and give himself a positive review

Just stopped in RVA Wireless after calling in to see if they had any refurbished iPad Minis for sale. I was told that they had what I was looking for and the price was reasonable. Similar models on eBay were about $20 cheaper but I like to physically see what Im buying if its used/refurbished. I arrived after being directed to their location and WHAT A JOKE. The iPad Mini they attempted to sell me was just unbelievably terrible. They clearly had replaced the screen on the iPad at some point because it was lifting off of the front. With ease I could slide my finger nail between the metal part of the iPad and the screen. The screen would definitely have just fallen off at some point. I wouldve been better off taking a shot in the dark on Craigslist as sketchy as that is. That says something. I wasted time, luckily I wasnt dumb enough to waste my money and I just cant believe a place that supposedly specializes in selling electronics and fixing them could try and push this piece of junk on me. I did not expect a perfect iPad, I just wanted something used and scratches/imperfections were fine, but what I was attempted to be sold was a flat out rip off.

Dropped my iPhone 6 in the toilet while at a 4th of July party. I was unable to get my phone in rice until about 8 hours later. In the meantime, I did almost everything that the internet told me not to do. I tried turning it on multiple times right after it fell in (although I had been banging my phone on my hand to try and get all of the excess water out), and after it had been on rice overnight, I plugged it back in to the charger for about 5 minutes. All throughout this process I continued to try to turn my phone back on. Took it to rva wireless 48 hours after dropping it in the toilet. They told me that they have a pretty good success rate with saving water damaged iPhones but told me there was a 50/50 chance that theyd be able to save mine. By 2PM that afternoon, they had contacted me letting me know that they had managed to get my iPhone on and it needed one new part. It was done by 4PM that day. Ive been using my phone for 3 days now and everything seems to be in perfect working order! In total I spent around $100. Great experience and super impressed with the technicians there. Moral of the story: take your phone to rva wireless ASAP!

WARNING :This is a very janky business. The owner and everyone working knows absolutely nothing about solving phone problems. They give customers $10 off to write good reviews so every good review you see be mindful that most likely it isnt true. They charged $225 to fix my iPhone 7 which was fair the phone worked but literally the next day I woke up to my screen not working and later that day my phone was back to the way it was before. I went directly to the owner and he tells me the only thing hell be able to do is charge me $159 to replace it. This isnt my first incident with Rva wireless they sold me a used iPhone 6s Dec of 2016 when I got home to use the phone whenever Id make a call no one could hear me , the screen would freeze and lines would appear. I went there the next day but this day he told me he was not sure how to fix it and the only thing he could do was give me a refund. If your thinking about wasting your money here think again. Go to Mr. Fix it or to CTC. someone who actually knows how to fix phones.

I LOVE this place. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made me laugh when I was really depressed about my phone. They really know their stuff. I shattered the screen of my phone, and their repair price was the best price in town. They also helped me pick out a screen protector and a case on Amazon (they have cases for sale at the store, its just that I have a rare cell phone). Apparently they repair other things too, like tablets, etc. Will definitely return if I need a cell phone repair.

I went in there to get my phone screen repaired. They told me it would be eight days to get the part for the phone. Then they would contact me and I could come in again. The price they were asking for the repair seemed high so I looked into it and bought a new phone for less than the price that they wanted to repair it. The phone arrived the next day. About two weeks have passed and they still havent contacted me about getting the part in.

I dropped a can of soup on my phone and my lcd broke. I called around some shops to the get idea what it will cost or insurance will be cheaper. Insurance is big scam they wanted $200 for refurbished phone they were gonna give me. So I found these guys and called them service was amazing 20 minutes and I had my phone back in my hand it was much cheaper then other shops. I recommend these guy to anyone with a broken phone!

So helpful. I shattered my phone screen, and took it in almost right after it happened. The guy working said it would be fixed within an hour, and my friend and I went walking around Cary town for about a half an hour and then came back to wait and it was already done. I also got a discount on a new Otterbox case. Less than an hour, $79, and my phone screen looks as good as new. 90 day warranty. Thank you rva wireless.

I badly cracked my iphone 7 screen and while I did not get the screen fixed because I am a poor student and could not afford it, the people working there recommended a hard screen cover to prevent glass from continuing to shatter into my fingers. Their customer service was excellent and they even gave me a cookie because it seemed like I was having a bad day. Would highly recommend going there to everyone I know.
