I bought a Note7 from this store when it first came out. Once the phone was recalled I attempted to return it to the store where I purchased it. They refused to take it. They said it was corporate procedure. So I called VW 800 # and they told me that was BS. They should have taken the phone. After an hour on the phone the rep told me he put a highlight bar on my signon screen so when they look my account up at the store it will instruct them to take the phone. So I go back to the store and they take the phone and also process my refund ($967). The lady who helped me (Ashley) told me it could take a week to 10 days to see it in my account. That was October13, 2016. I waited until November 2 and still had not recieved my refund. I call the 800# to Verizon. Another hour later on the phone and she regenerated a ticket for my refund and told me the same thing...a week to 10 days. By Nov 21 I still had not recieved my refund so I called the 800# again. The rep put the blame on the store and said it is up to them to process this. He got the store manager on the phone (Chris) who I also spoke to. He informed me that it is being processed and apologized. Yadayada. It is now Nov29. No money in my account yet and Chris isnt at work today. When I return an item to any other store in the country( Walmart, Target etc) they can process a refund on the spot. In my account within 24 hours. I really dont understand why Verizon does not share this same standard. Its now been 47 days and Im STILL waiting for my money. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this store EVER AGAIN!!! Update: Just got a call from the store ( Ashley). Apparently Im now being told there could have been a mix up in the "batch" that my order was sent back with. It was received back in TX on 10/20. Dont know why my refund wasnt processed at that time but she said there are several people working on this. She said with the large number of returns for this phone it has slowed the process. Dont see how that has anything to do with me. My refund should have been initiated by the store the day I put that phone back in their hands. Still waiting....

First of all, some of the sales reps at this Verizon location need a lesson on quality customer service-- girlfriend just recently upgraded to an iPhone SE less than a week ago. Today she came in and wanted to switch to the I phone 7. The rep ( Audrey) asked how many GB she wanted. I said to my gf u dont need more that 32. Audrey replied "I was asking her" she stuck her hand in my face and said " I heard enough of u last time u were here"(referring to when i was there when she got the iPhone SE) so I went to the manager to tell him what happened and he said sorry they dont want to relay that type of bad customer service here. (REALLY!?) So the rep Kevin gave my gf the i phone7, she barely got it out of the box, this by the way was literally her second iPhone in a week. Kevin was like "do u have any other questions?", We didnt at the moment and he just walked away. She was not familiar with that phone at all as I stated being 1 of her first iphones, Questions or not Kevin should have stayed with her until she got situated with her phone. Moments after he left we did have questions. So, another rep had to go in the back to get him. So what I saw today was ridiculous! REALLY PEOPLE! Let me say, the first visit when we went into the store to get the iPhone SE, the rep Anthony was very nice and took the time to set up the new iPhone and also installed the hum into my girlfriends car.

Its a official Verizon store... Not just a reseller. Phones, cases, gear, etc. But I had problems with getting an upgrade phone. When I called the Corp office, I asked if I could just go down to the store to pick up my new handset, (after mine was sent to the wrong place) At the store... They wanted me to sign a SECOND new contract, after the Corp office already had me renew my contract for the lost phone. No no no. This wasnt my mistake, Im not paying for it. They said there was nothing they could do. So I called the Corp office back, and screamed at them for having me drive all the way out there for nothing. The Corp office finally straightened it out, and I picked up my new handset from another location.

Went a few days before Black Friday and spoke with Cari. She gave me her contact info so on Black Friday I could text her my order and she would place them on hold for me. Went in around 5 pm when the store was not so busy. Cari got myself and my mom completely set up! Then today I got a text message following up on our experience. I mentioned that I was unhappy with my screen protector that I purchased. The person responded immediately and said I could return the protectors even though they were already placed on the phone. This is fantastic!! It will save me about $60 of wasted money. Thanks Verizon!

The customer service agents at this location are very rude. We opened a brand-new plan and contract last week. we had issues with our phones so we went back into the store to discuss our phone issues. The customer service agent who helped us seems he had no idea what we were talking about or should I say acted like he didnt know what we were talking about. I looked over at The customer service desk to see if maybe someone else can help and everybody was on their cell phones. No one was looking up. I will not be going back into this Verizon store again other than to pay bills on the kiosk machine. ..

Audrey worked with us for over 3 hours to resolve a very unexpectedly difficult problem when some personal information became confused with another users data. 5 different Verizon departments including core, cpt, and fraud which eventually managed to get us squared away. It was a very frustrating process but she never gave up and was friendly, patient and determined to find a solution. Jonathan the store manager immediately took care of us by comping the bill for our lost time. Im very happy with the service at this store.

No customer service whatsoever. Walked in and browsed a bit and was never greeted. 3 consumers walked in after us and every last one of them were greeted and/or helped. We walked out and left to another VZW location.

Had to visit several times to get billing information transferred to another account. Each time they promised the accounts were changed but nothing ever came of it. Happy to be done with them.
