Vine aquí hace un par de días y lo primero que note fue que no me tomo ni una hora para que me atendieran. El representante se acercó con una sonrisa y luego luego vimos mi cuenta. El representante me consiguió un descuento en mi cuenta y me consiguió un nuevo teléfono a un precio más barato. Ellos realmente saben lo que hacen en este lugar, no tengo necesidad de ir a otro lugar. Sin duda alguna regresare, súper recomendable!! Por cierto hay un representante que habla ESPAÑOL! I came to this location a couple days ago and the first thing I noticed was it didnt take me an hour to be seen. I was approached with a smile and we got right into my account. The rep was able to save me some money on my bill and get me a new phone at the cheapest price Ive seen. They really know their stuff at this location and I wont go anywhere else for my wireless needs.

I was here in this store today morning to get signed for FiOS. I waited for 30 mins as 2 agents were busy with customers. I was called after 30 min to hear that none of the agent had knowledge on FiOS and would apparently take longer time to finish process. Agent mentioned that they have another FiOS agent coming in afternoon around noon. So, I told them I will be back at noon and please see that I am set up for an appointment so that I dont have to wait when I come back here. I showed up again at 12:00 to see that the FiOS agent was working with a customer and took 1 hour to complete their need. I was all waiting just to hear back. Finally, when I was called at 1 PM, the agent says that I cannot use my own router (Verizon compatible router) and will have to pay 10 bucks on rental for the offer. I was seriously surprised with the knowledge of agents. Verizon did a extra 5 bucks off which agent says that I should check online instead. I had only 15 mins discussion and headed back to another store in Fairfax on Lee Hwy. The store in Fairfax was pretty crowded, however I was assured that someone will be with me shortly. The store in Fairfax had good number of agents working with the crowd like on the go and not talking too much of BS with customers. I was taken care by an agent within 5 mins and the process took just 10 mins and I was out of the store. If you have too much time and dont know how to spend your day, you probably can pay a visit to this store. They will either keep you waited or take at least an hour to take care of your need. You are better off with store in Fairfax on Lee Hwy if you need quality and quick assistance.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with a Verizon representative at one of their stores. Individuals do make up the overall image of a company. Verizon is famous for being arrogant and not caring of their customers but this store and the people there are doing a good job of dispelling that impression. I walked in at almost closing time but I was taken care of in a very efficient, professional and friendly way. And this was when I wasnt even buying anything from the store. Just went in for a SIM replacement. My issue was resolved in time and to my complete satisfaction. What a difference a couple of miles apart from the other store makes. Highly recommended store and people.

I was visiting Chantilly from out of town and suddenly my iPhone 6S would no longer charge. I went to the Verizon store on Lee Jackson Highway and was helped by employee YJ Choi. Mr. Choi took the time to test and verify the integrity of my phone, my charger cable, and determined that the problem was with the charger block. He was able to provide me with a great and nicely priced replacement that allowed me to charge my phone. I would have been in big trouble if my phone battery went dead. Thanks to Mr. Choi, I am back in business. He was very courteous, very professional, and a real pleasure to deal with.

Many thanks to Y.J.C. I would recommended this Verizon location and the sale person customer service Y.J.C. to anyone who need to buy new smart phone. The sale person is very knowledgeable, very quick in helping and explaining and answering precisely to the clearest detail of every questions about the communication equipment sale. Y.J.C. were very busy with many customer walked –in the store but still helped every one very quickly.I had very good impressions, great experiences at this Verizon store. Professional, courteous, polite,friendly,quick.

I had two phones to have taken care of today. One was broken and I had the new phone to switch over. The other was I upgraded my 5 to a 6. Y J Choi gets 5 stars for sure. He was able to get all the work done in a timely professional manner. He even asked me questions that I would not have remembered to handle. He also told me about a saving promotion available that day. I would recommend YJ to anyone who needs to buy a new phone, switch over or anything else provided at the Verizon store. Thank you YJ you saved me a ton of time today!

Purchasing a phone in todays world of iPhone vs. Galaxy can be excruciatingly frustrating. Luckily enough when I walked into this location, I was greeted by YJ C. who made me feel as if he was Verizons gift to customers! Originally coming into the store to deal with a whacked out device, YJ C. walked me through several options for an upgrade when it was determined my current phone was no longer functioning properly. I am truly grateful for YJ C.s attentiveness and stellar customer service!

This week I needed to do the dreadful task of upgrading my phone - never a fun process - always frustrating, confusing and takes forever. This was my first visit to the Chantilly store and boy was I pleasantly surprised. YJC helped me through the entire process and it was painless!!! He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Next time we have an upgrade in the family, I know where to go and who to ask for! Thank you so much YJC - you are the best!

got new LGV10 and had to replace it due to some cell phone issues. i would have to say YJ C helped me upside down to exchange the phone and making sure i am satisfied with the new device... BTW store closes at 8pm on weekdays and just because my data was transferring (around 4 GB of it) he sat with me till 10.05PM making sure everything is updated successfully... many thanks... YJ C

Great experience at this store. I visited twice to collect information and complete my transaction. YJ C did a great job of explaining options/scenarios and giving me the information needed for completing my transaction. The phone I wanted was in stock, and while making the changes took some time, YJ was efficient, professional, and courteous.
