I went there to add my sons phone to a family plan; after an hour later & $85 later I left with a phone that still doesnt have service 2 weeks later! The guy tjere told me he activated it, I called and theu said it wasnt. They also couldnt add the phone to family plan bc of some long mumbojumbo..told to waor 3 days, then told to wait 3 more days rhen told 5 days and the phone still has no service! I am more than disappointed with Boost and this store. I tried to go back yesterday and sign on door that said be back in 5 minutes in bathroom. I was outside for at least 10 and never saw anyone!
