I went in ubreakifix to get a simple screen replacement and a replacement dock. I left a happy customer bc my phone looked brand new and I didnt have to talk on speaker anymore. The day after I left my phone kept dropping calls and couldnt receive calls. I took it back and they told me it would be a at most, 30 minute wait. I waited two hours and almost missed a class. They said it would work fine from then on. It worked for a few days. Then it wouldnt go black during a call so I was constantly hitting mute and/or end call. So I went back for the THIRD time and they said they could fix it was also there for another hour for a "simple fix". Today is a week from the date I got my phone fixed and it has started dropping calls and not receiving calls AGAIN after I was assured it was fixed. I called and told them about my problem and they told me they couldnt give me a new phone for messing mine up or a refund without replacing the SHATTERED screen. I have been to the mall multiple times and gotten a phone fixed and never had a problem and now all the sudden my phone goes haywire? I would rather go without a phone then to have my phone acting like this. Other than coming in every other day during my 90 warranty to get my phone fixed, I will not be returning to ubreakifix and I most certainly do not recommend it either.

Returning to a store four consecutive times for the same exact issue in your agenda? If not, UBreakIfix is not the spot for you! Upon reading reviews amoung reviews I gave this fredricksburg store a shot. With a simple screen replacement and new battery, I bought myself three trips back to this location for dropped calls, losing signal, also because my screen would not go black. This location assured me they would have me Fixed and out the door within 10 minutes......45 minutes go by and a store manager steps out stating they are making final touches it will be out within minutes. After another 15 minutes I finally had my phone back in my hands again. Upon returning home, I began to notice my phone doing the exact same thing. Called back and staff advised that I would need to return for my FOURTH trip back to UBreakIfix. Upon this experience I can assure everyone that UBreakIFix cooperation has gotten my last dollar.

My Google Pixels screen was majorly cracked. Google Support told me uBreakiFix is their authorized place for repairs. I live in Richmond and checked some local places, and none seemed to specialize in Pixels or even have parts in stock. Theres no store in Richmond, so I set up an appointment and made the trek to Fredericksburg. I was very early for my appointment, but they helped me right away. I was told it would take about 90 minutes, so I piddled a bit in the area for about 30 minutes. I went back inside the store because it was cool (hot, hot, hot outside), and my phone was ready! Just 30 minutes! The phone was now perfect. Special shout out to Justin, the guy who helped me. Hes very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and has a great personality and a killer smile. uBreakiFix manager - give this guy a raise! Hes incredible! I heartily recommend this place if you have a Google Pixel problem.

I live in Richmond and I had my Google Pixel back broken, So I drove to Fredericksburg, they change the housing, and they say it comes with 90 days warranty, which is good, however they did not replace the housing correctly my screen is whabbly and my earphone jack is not working, it is under warranty however who will pay for my time to drive back to Fredericksburg so they can make it right 100 miles total driving time. They knew I was coming from Richmond, They could have test it better. Thats being said, Manager of the Store contacted with me and took every initiative action to make sure I got the right service, offered me to travel to Richmond and take my phone from me and repair it and bring it back to me. Thats 5 star service, Nicki took a negative experience and turned into an opportunity. If I ever need a repair on my phone, I will definitely choose them.

First and foremost, Thank you, Thank you Justin!!! You saved my life, actually my phones. Above and beyond customer service, these gentlmen know exacalty what theyre doing! Soooo,my Limited Edition Android"glitched" out on me, No idea what was going on, took it to Verizon still no results, though the verizon rep did highly recommend that I go to ubreakifix, so they did help in that sense! Brought it in Sunday around 12:30, thats where I met Justin! Extremely knowledgable and friendly, answered ALL my questions, I did have quite a bit! !! Long story short, I had my phone back and fixed by 3:30... He explained to me what was going on with the phone and how he fixed it, little over my head but his knowledge made me feel like everyone should most certainly bring there broken phone, tablets, etc here! Again gentlemen, Justin thanks for the great customer service!

I was happy at first that they were able to help fix my screen the day after I smashed it. It looked good as new! They even sold me one of those glass screen covers for 15$, which is almost half of what they normally are. Unfortunately, about a week and a half later I set my phone screen down at work in my locker and when I came back to it, I had a crack the entire way across the scree UNDER the screen protector, not even on the screen protector its self. So when I called about it, they said there was nothing they could do. I just left the crack since it wasnt in any vital area, but then today, the same thing happened! This time over the keyboard. Dont go here unless you are ok with constantly replacing your screen. I should have just shelled out the extra 15 $ and gotten a brand new phone from Apple.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am to have found this company! With four iPhones in the family, we have had to replace screens many times. I was driving on a trip with my kids and was searching for a place nearby that could fix my cracked screen. I found ibreakitufixit online and called to check prices. The young man was so friendly and had outstanding customer service. When I got to the store, he greeted me with the same positive personality and had my phone fixed in less then 15 minutes which was wonderful b/c I had two dogs and two kids in tow! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be back! The prices are way better then going to an Apple store!

What a fantastic experience! Anthony, the senior technician at the Fredericksburg location diagnosed and repaired my ageing Samsung laptop and then refused to charge me for it. Specifically he cleaned it, re-soldered a few connections and freshened up the paste on the heat-sink. Before this the computer was shutting down without warning and without saving like a desktop from the 90s Thanks Anthony and thanks UBreakiFix for keeping my venerable windows 7 laptop going

By far the best customer service Ive ever experience at a cell phone store or repair shop. Maybe the best customer service experience Ive ever had. They really went above and beyond to make sure my cell phone was repaired to perfect condition. I would recommend this place to anybody! They dont try to sell any additional services or add-ons that you dont need. Not profit driven -- just a honest company. I loved doing business with them! :)
