Do you have kids? Do you enjoy great customer service? If so, GO ELSEWHERE! The sales person we dealt with was okay, but didnt want to find us what we were looking for. He just went straight for the upsell. The other person there was incredibly rude about our children. I was diligently following them around putting back anything they touched and making sure they stayed clear of other customers and was still rudely told to control them. I get it, your store doesnt cater to families or children, but as a customer who was planning on switching over I would expect a little bit of customer service and humanity while dealing with me and my family. I will never go back to this store. I will find a more customer service oriented location.

I was going to visit a few Verizon outlets and Brook Wood was my First choice.I needed to upgrade my 3 year old phone. Your associate "Rosie" made me feel very comfortable and was not pushy. She had all the answers and made it very easy to understand all the new features. I decided that I did not need to visit the other Verizon stores because of your very knowledgeable associate "Rosie"and her patience explainong the new phone I bought and she had me all set up. I WILL BE TELLING EVEEYONE I KNOW OF THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THE Brook Wood Location.

I switched from a flip phone to a smart phone yesterday and the staff at Wireless Zone are amazing!!! They took the time to set up my new phone with an email address and showed me how to use it. I can now make calls, search the internet, and check my email. The staff is very friendly and made the process very easy for me. They were very patient and never got frustrated with me. They really went the extra mile to help me during this process. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!! Tia and Rosie are the best and very knowledgeable!!!

long story short.....this is the best Verizon store Ive been to. You need to come to this store! All the employees are great and Dennis was exceptional with his service. The atmosphere was great. I drove 40 minutes to get here for the service and it was well worth it. Any worker is great to get customer service and assistance from! You NEED to go to this location on Brook Rd and Parham Dr. Thank you again!

I bought a phone at the Verizon in Mechanicsville, they were out of tempered glass for my model so I ordered tempered glass and they shipped it to my house. I went to this retailer hoping they could apply the screen for me, and they did. They were so nice too! I only wish they wore name tags, because I would reference the nice man by name who helped me. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name. Great service!

Our previous carrier was so dreadful and we couldnt take it any longer. We wandered into this store and boy, did they take care of us! The store manager was so kind to my very bored three year-old while we were finishing up paperwork. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful and we couldnt have had a better experience. We will definitely be returning to them and recommending them to our friends!

When we went they didnt have a lot of options and it looks very dull. And the people who worked there were rude and wouldnt do what we asked. All the man wanted was to get the most money and not help us. Maybe not all Verizons are like this one but do not go to this one.
