store is very dusty and not clean and also i purchased a phone from Chrystal for my business account & when I called back for questions she never answered or called back, i had to go in the store and worked with the other lady Kimberly and she had to answer all of my questions thoroughly and she even called me back to follow up with me to see how i was doing. when i pick a store to work with I want to be able to rely on the manager at that store to respond back. I have moved all my future business practices to another local store. i also went to a cooperate Verizon and their prices are A LOT cheaper than these retailers.

This store is great. I really recommend this store over any other in the area. The staff is great and Lucas the manager is awesome. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Newer store so not a lot of people know its here, but great staff.

The store manager Lucas is very professional and personable. Also I recommend Jeremy if you need a sales representative. He is very clear and tedious. This location provides top notch customer service and is open 7 days a week. This is my go to store from now on

Purchase a set of headphone and was told they were noise cancelling headphones they werent yrid to return them and they said no returns on Accessories the only reason I purchased them was because thst s what the sales rep Recommend. Very very disappointed..
