Employees only seem like they care about customer service until you actually need them to help you. I bought brand new Galaxy Amp Prime from this store and convinced my wife to switch over. Bought a protective case and did nothing out of the ordinary with the phone. Phone charged overnight and screen was black by morning and only flickered when I would try to turn it on. Brought it back and the store said they could not help me because it was damaged (a small crack was now visible in the screen). No possible way this was of my doing but obviously a manufacturer defect. Neither the store nor Cricket by phone would give me any other option except to purchase a new phone. I told them I would not leave until I got someone to help me. Instead of helping me, they threatened to call the police and "have me escorted out." I told them it was ridiculous and that I was not criminal but a paying customer. Dont let these guys rip you off. ===================Los empleados sólo parece como que se preocupan por el servicio al cliente hasta que realmente los necesita para ayudarle. Compré nuevo Galaxy Amp Primer de este almacén y convencí a mi esposa para cambiar . Comprado un estuche de protección y no hizo nada fuera de lo normal con el teléfono. Teléfono cargado durante la noche y la pantalla era negro por la mañana y sólo parpadeaba cuando me gustaría tratar de encenderlo. Traído de nuevo y la tienda dijeron que no me podían ayudar porque estaba dañada ( una pequeña grieta era visible en la pantalla ) . No hay manera posible de que esto era de mi haciendo, pero , obviamente, un defecto del fabricante . Ni la tienda de Cricket ni por teléfono me darían cualquier otra opción , excepto para la compra de un nuevo teléfono . Yo les dije que no dejaría hasta que llegué a alguien que me ayude. En vez de ayudarme , amenazaron con llamar a la policía y " me han acompañado a cabo . " Les dije que era ridículo y que yo no era criminal, sino un cliente que paga . No permita que estos chicos te estafan .

Awful customer service. I got there today, Saturday at 5pm hoping to buy a new phone. I didnt feel welcome at all by the lady, the "sales woman". The reply to my questions was a constant "excuse me?" or "sorry?" word. Instead of her willing to help and actually willing to sell the phone, I had to ask for more info constantly. Finally when I chose the phone, she tried to do the transaction 3 times, and the computer kept giving her error. Not trying to fix it or do anything, her co worker also denied any help to her, finally I told her I am leaving and coming back later. She couldnt care less and said "ok", and I left feeling like I wasted my time there.
