This is my review on this Cricket Store and the Cricket Company altogether. Whenever I come to this Cricket store with an issue or a question I leave even more confused than I was in the first place. The last experience that pushed me to the edge in store and through calling the company was when I was upgrading to a new phone and learning that UNLIMITED CALLING AND TEXTING is actually limited. I turned in my old phone and I was guaranteed a new phone for free which I had no problem with, and I was happy. I had to switch phones since Cricket teamed up with AT&T and no longer provided anything less than 4G for Smartphones. They didnt have the phone I wanted so I came in another day and spoke to the manager who goes by the name Luis. He told me that I wouldnt be getting the phone I wanted for free and that me upset. I didnt mind paying for a phone, but the problem was that he didnt take the feedback that I was giving him. I was trying to let him know that 2 of his staff members werent giving me the right information, and that he needed to talk to them about it, but he just kept repeating that the phone wasnt free as if I was trying to argue, but I wasnt I was just giving him feedback so they wouldnt mislead others as well. As for the company I called this morning because my Mothers line got cut and according to Cricket she "went over her minutes", but that would be impossible because we pay for unlimited talk and text so that was pretty frustrating. I called the company directly, and was passed back and forth between 3 people explaining the full situation 3 times which was also really frustrating until I talked to a guy by the name of Kevin who wouldnt provide me with his last name. He tried to explain to me why it got cut and how Cricket could provide only so much data for people to access, but I had to stop him there. I pay my bill for UNLIMITED talk and text the only time where I should have my phone cut is if I dont make my bill payment. This is false advertisement and very sad to come across. I plan switching my phone network provider as soon I get the chance; I am done with Cricket Wireless.

Hello there this is the best services I.have ever gotten in my life I had an issue with my phone that was not working at all,I had call customers services number but the guy I spoke to had no.idea of what I was asking,I also had been with out a phone for 4days and if somebody know how it feels to be without a phone know what I am talking about. Today I had a very bad day at work and very stressful day I.came in to this store and there were to beautiful ladys that were so kind and help me out a lot.I forgot to get their names but both had glasses on. They both manage to call customer service and get my phone working back up. I was so.happy that I got my phone back, thanks to this ladys. And for those that have bad comments please go some where else because they try to do the best of possible to.help us out. And I wand to thank this 2 ladys for helping me out a lot I cant even explain how thankful I am. I just wish they have better people working on customer service cuz they suck.
