EDIT: he is now texting me and sending me horrible messages, calling me names, etc. he even called one of his former coworkers whom i am friends with and is leaving her nasty voicemails. she blocked his number but he still has hers and is calling from a different number. she said hes always changing his phone number because he doesnt want a call back from any of the girls (a lot of time customers or customers daughters from what ive heard in store, over his conversations on her personal cell while in the store and from other people) he talks (more like coerce i bet!) into sleeping with him.... disgusting! I know the repair tech- were not friends merely acquaintances if even that. My cousins iPhone is broke so I contacted him about maybe getting her a new one since he has some. Anyways, he said he would give me a cash deal and a trade. I told him I dont have anything for trade. He proceeded to tell me that "every GIRL has something to trade." He basically said "I want money and sex for the iPhone." I told him to shove it that I would pay him the money he wanted and nothing else. And not to mention every time I went into the store he has a cup or bottle of chewing tobacco spit lying around and hes ALWAYS on personal calls. One time when I was there to buy a screen protector he was screaming to someone over the phone threatening them. Another time he made some very racist comments to an African American lady and told her that he wouldnt help her because she was fat and black. All in all the staff here sucks. The cases are amazing but the staff is rude and disgusting!

I went to Cellairis (located on 2nd floor near Cheesecake Factory) with my boyfriend after we were told about it by AJ and Kevin at the AT&T Portables store. At the time of our visit, the regional manager and Hugo (a somewhat new employee) were working. After entering the store, we were greeted by Hugo who was very friendly while he helped by boyfriend look at cases. He was very knowledgeable about most of the products. Two things that impressed me the most about this store was that both of them were very honest (telling us that a certain well-known brand wasnt necessarily the best buy) and after a slight misunderstanding with another customer, were able to recover remarkably without either of us feeling neglected. This was probably because my bf and I have both worked customer service before. Nevertheless, great prices and great service. I would recommend anyone to this store.

WAY OVER PRICED. THE WORK THEY DID WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. THE GUY WHO CHANGED MY CRACKED SCREEN BROKE ONE OF THE TOUCH KEY LIGHTS. THE HOME BUTTON IS MOVING AROUND LIKE ITS GONNA FALL OUT ANYTIME. CLEARLY HE DIDNT PUT ALL THE PIECES BACK IN THE PHONE. THE NEW SCREEN IS NOT GLUED OR SITTING IN THE PHONE PROPERLY AND MOVES IN AND OUT WHEN I PRESS (USE ) THE PHONE NOW. THE GUYS SAID I HAVE TO COME BACK IN A WEEK SO HE CAN ORDER THE PART. BUT I KNEW HE JUST WANTED ME TO GTF OUT OF THERE SINCE I PAID UPFRONT. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND JUST GET A NEW PHONE OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE CLEARLY DOESNT CARE OR KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CHARGED $200 TO CHANGE A SCREEN BTW !!!!

Very helpful staff, professional, and quick. Came in for a screen repair, was taken care of, and on my way in less than 30mins. A+++ Update 3 days later: Above review is still correct regarding initial service but screen is now flickering on/off, will be going back to see if they can fix it. Im still under the 30-day warranty. Will update review based on the follow appt. Also after some use, this screen seems to be 3rd party screen (Brand HighCopy) which is not as clear as the original Apple screen, has a very slight greenish tint to it. But thats to be expected as you save roughly $20-$30 by not going with an Original Apple Screen plus the wait time with Apple.

Bought a case two months ago that they customized by burning a NCAA image off the internet (how is that not copyright infringement?). Anyways, it faded from red to pink and I was hoping they would take care of me. No go. Overweight dude who thought he was a bad ass since he had tattoos on his arms didnt want to be there and it showed. Very poor customer service, store was a mess, and they are not worried about providing quality products. I will not come here, again. Buyer beware.

One of my friends was on a trip. Dropped a broke their iphone 4. I told them to go to Cellairis to get it fixed at the Fair Oaks Mall. My friend had never heard of them. When he was done he called me. He said the customer service was outstanding they took care of him and had is phone fixed with in an hour. I recommend any one who has a broken devices in the Fairfax area to visit Cellairis at Fair Oaks Mall. They also fix several other devices as well.

My daughters screen broke and we took it into Cellairis. It was ready within a couple of hours. All was good until about two months later, she had a problem when the screen would not register any touch. I called Cellairis and explained the situation. I mailed it back to them and they fixed it under the old warranty and no charge. They even mailed it back to us. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely patronize them again.

I recently broke my ipad screen and was recommended by a friend to get the screen fixed here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. Spencer helped me out and was extremely knowledgeable. He also was able to recommend a case to prevent the screen from cracking again. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend if you need any screen repaired.

Horrible experience getting iPad screen replaced. Screen came off the same day. They glued it again and came off next day. Theu fixed it again and the screen cracked after one week. Now they say its my fault and my 100 dollars are wasted. After paying 100 I still got a cracked screen. They offered to fix it for 70 dollars. What a rip off. Avoid this place.

I broke the screen on my iPad mini and brought it to Cellairis for repair. The service I received was exceptional. The personnel was extremely professional and helpful. As a matter of fact it was more complicated to complete this review than it was to get my iPad repaired. I will definitely be back, hopefully only for the products this time. :)

The person who helped me was nice but he didnt do a good job at putting in the new screen for my cracked phone screen. It was loose and my phone freezes and the screen goes black from time to time. This only started happening AFTER I went to get my phone fixed. For the amount I paid, I expected more. Dont come here its not worth it.

Ibrahim did a great job replacing the screen for IPhone 6. He was professional and the service was done quickly. I have used Cellairis once before and was satisfied with the service as well. The fee to replace the screen was inexpensive compared to other stores with a much better and faster service. Highly recommend!
