Warning- I will never go to this store again. After reading this you may not want to. A month ago I took my IPhone 6 to this store because the screen was cracked. I decided to buy a new phone but never got back my old phone. I was planning on sending in for a screen repair. I called the store 5 times and asked the sales person that I dealt with to call me back- no call back. I then called and asked for the store manager to call me back- no call back. Tonight I sent my wife to the store because she was having issue with her phone when she did a upgrade. I was reluctant to send her to the store but figured we should give them another chance and try to support a local business. They told her she need a new phone. My wife called me at home to tell me that they could not do anything. I called the main Verizon number and they told me to do a simple restore and use the cloud to back it up. We fixed the phone it works perfect. This is my story and it is 100% true.

I went in with the intentions of leaving Verizon wireless because of yeas of extremely high bills,and sucky customer service. But when I came to this store I had low expectations from previous reviews but that quickly changed I was greeted with a smile a genuine concern for issues. With in a few minutes of being in the store the manager Morgan pared me with a sales rep by the name of Logan. He was able see the errors in my bill and explain why it was so high and then he took it a step further by saving me money on my bill and I even upgraded my phone. And I love it!!! I was so happy with my service here I brought my daughter back in the next couple of days and We where helped by Justin. Another sales rep there who was extremely polite. He has a great sense of humor and is genuinely a nice personality. I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience there Im glad I went in.

*edit* If you click on half of the guys who gave 5 star reviews youll see these guys giving 5 star ratings at multiple Verizon stores. Obviously reps giving fake reviews to boost reputation! I can guarantee you thats illegal. Stay clear from this deceptive store. Wow. My experience at this store was by far the worst Verizon experience Ive ever had. I worked with Logan and he was extremely pushy with trying to sell me accessories I didnt need, then he had the audacity to try and sell me a "free tablet" that cost me money that day as well as 10$ a month!!! I made the mistake of still purchasing my phone there and was told I only paid the activation fee in the store. Well guess what, this store charges an activation fee on top of the one that comes on the bill. Be very cautious while going to this store.

Customer service was more than adequate, and in the retail business, thats one of (if not the most important) factors. The individual that helped me at the store was named Wesley Williams, and he was able to help me with all of my questions without a problem. If anyone goes to this store, make sure you ask for him. My one single hope is that his superiors will see this comment, and therefore know/understand how good of a job he did. Ive had countless negative experiences with Verizon in the past, but not here. If youre reading this Wesley, keep up the great work man.

Ive been to a few Verizon wireless stores in the area but this shop has been all three times Ive been there the BEST SERVICE ever! PORYA and his co-worker went above and beyond to help me find the best and most efficient and economical way to deal with my broken cell phone. I cannot believe the professionalism and personalism these sales associates demonstrated. I can safely say this was by far my best sales experience ever, and I shop a lot! The store is clean, the services is fantastic and the prices are unbeatable! I cant wait to go back!

4 young men starting around smoking Vapes not doing anything and they cant even help one customer in the store. Not to mention that but based on the conversation, one was the manager, yet they could care less about customer service. One employee did emerge from the back and offer good assistance until he found out I had a warranty issue and would not be purchasing a new phone. After that service was non existent, no wonder the place was empty.

Came in was greeted with smiles and friendly service, the sales people helped me with my phone issues and also suggested which would be a great device for my needs. They set everything up for me and took their time to show me how to use it and gave me tips that would help me understand my new phone. Personal service and very nice people. Thanks again!!

This team is FANTASTIC! Came in for the new Nexus, and these guys have some great deals, once we went over phones and stuff the guy here started looking up my bill and to my amazment I WAS OVER SPENDING BY $40 WT# Damascus store screwed me up!!! They are good will come again for my sons upgrade thanks gentlemen!

One of those terrible mornings that nothing goes right and on top of that my phone "locks up". I run in to my local Verizon store in Mount Airy and within a few minutes they sorted out my phone and I was on my way. In my rush I neglected to get the two young mens name but they certainly saved my day!

I would recommend calling Verizon directly as these guys work for commission and will lie to you about offers, bill credits, etc. Ive caught them in two lies now. I would shop at the non Verizon brick and mortar stores first as you will more than likely find the same phone for cheaper.

I recently visited verizon up here (being refered by my aunt) and they helped me out big TIME! im from NY and came in with a broken phone, Greg helped me save $20 bucks on my bill and got me a great deal on a new phone! I couldnt be happier. Thank you GUYS!!

Great customer service. Justin offered to review my account. He pointed out opportunities for me to save money. I walked in for a charger and walked out with a tablet to boot AND saved money! Good deal.
