The representative was unhelpful. I went in to return my lease phone. Instead of pulling up my account, they told me to call the costumer care on my own. The costumer service couldnt help me much they were resisting to send the returning kit to my place and asked me to call back in a week. The representative in-store asked for the interactive number for me and told me to call costumer care again in 4 days if they still wont help me out the representative suggests the I raise my voice.......... I will not go back to Sprint ever again.

Extremely unhelpful. Cannot be bothered to help, even if all of sales staff is standing around and youre the only person in the store. They can barely manage a yes/no response, not at all solutions-oriented or proactive. They dont even know if the manager is in or not. Possibly the most awful store, and Ive had my share of awful Sprint stores before all over the country. Ive filed an official complaint with Sprint headquarters, but tbh, they dont care, either or this store would have shaped up already.

Worst sprint store ever waited well over an hour on what was supposed to be a "20 min" and come to find out. They didnt even had the phone in stock. Keep in mind there were sale associates on their phones just chilling not helping out anyone, instead of asking me what phone I wanted to get just to make sure they had it they just chilled and basically said "oh well"

The worst store I have ever visited, everything takes forever , very cheap Costomer service, speciallly there are some spanish employees, even they dont bother their self to help you on their free time , if you are not South American. Its disgusting. I am going to cancel my agreement.

I actually had a fantastic experience here. Walked in, and ended up walking out with a new IPhone 6s, a new HTC, IPad Air 2, and a Harmon Bluetooth speaker. Fantastic customer service.
