I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this establishment. Over the course of 2 weeks, I had to spend more than 4.5 hours at the Verizon store due to poor communication with the in-store staff and their customer service representatives via phone. The individual who was helping me did not present as very knowledgeable about the products or the services provided. He was also not clear as to what I would have to do to complete the transaction following my initial visit at the store (i.e. details related to Trade-In procedure). I was overcharged due to poor communication and was sent on a wild goose chase to right their wrong. I have purchased many cell phones from this establishment in the past, but the staff that assisted me at that time have been replaced with a group that appears to need more training. I also do not feel like it is appropriate for the customer service representative to be texting and using his personal cell-phone while engaged with a costumer. Perhaps if he was paying more attention to the customer, things would not have gotten so mixed up. I regret not asking for management to take over the transaction, though they were involved multiple times during the process due to the representatives limited ability to complete the task at hand. Going forward, I will opt to battle the crowds at a flagship store in lieu of wasting hours of my life at this sorry excuse for a store.

I purchased an I Phone 6 plus from the GoWireless store on Laburnum Ave in Richmond Va. While discussing the plans the store manager, LaTwaun Rhodes, was quoting so many numbers that it was confusing. I asked him which plan would be cheapest after all is said and done. He told me that the edge plan would be $40 cheaper in the end. I trusted him and signed up for the plan. The truth appears to be that it is going to cost me over $400 more than the plan with the two year contract.
