I called just to try and see if my phone was capable of being converted to metro pcs the guy on the phone insisted that my phone would not work and had to be traded in this was the worst customer service Id ever experience I called another metro pcs and my phone was compatible dont go to this store this guy is a scam artist

This branch is lousy. Went in on two occasions and the associate acted like he didnt want to help and even discouraged us from getting anything there. This is not what I have experienced at the other branches that I visited.
