Problem---Salesmen (employees) here get low pay but get commission if they sell phones in a certain way. Result --employees that will outright lie to your face and to any question you may ask in order to get a few extra dollars for themselves. Faizel (employee here) in particular will lie and say anything to get you to signup a certain way. The only way you will realize youre being lied to is if you already know every detail about a cell phone contract and all about at&t services (which you dont). Preferably stay away from this location, but definitely stay away from that guy.

Really bad service, and arrogant attitude. I open two lines in the store, find out the final charge is not what i expected, so I did not go through the process. Three months later, I found i was charged 60$ for that. I tried to talk to them in the store, but meet a guy that is arrogant, rude and not helping at all. I have to call the customer service to settle the issue many times. My credit was already hurt because there is a delinquency i am not aware of. ATT do care about customer satisfactions in general, but do avoid this store if possible.

This AT&T store is extremely bad for service. Most of the staff is not well trained. I just went in some time last month for issues with phone bill and feature management, one particular staff assisted me on the issues for over an hour then told me that everything is solved. I simply trusted her service and this month i just discovered that the same problems is reoccurring again. This really upsets me. The staff is not trust worthy in this store. I will never go there for any assistance ever again.

Extremely bad customer service - promised rate lowering and forced us to switch from Verizon. After this they do not take calls - that is by keeping you on hold for 30 minutes, probably waiting for you to hang up, and then they hang up later. I wonder how they are doing business in Tysons Corner Mall, VA. It brings disrepute to Tysons mall.
