Worst customer service ever had. Paid off old contract phone(~$500) and traded in for an iPhone 7 in Sept. Cashier said the order was placed and would be delivered to store in 2 month. Never got updates on the delivery so went to store after Thanksgiving. Was told that theres no such an order at all! I had to pay another $700 for the phone since the promotion was gone. The store manager named "Sean Kim" was so indifferent. No apologies and no solution. All he did was kidding the ball!! I had been polite with him and asked if this is how they treat their customer and he said "YES". Worst Ever!! I would never go there again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I purchased the Samsung Galaxy 6 here through a promotion that included a Samsung tablet. When I was able to pick up the phone the employees stated they did not have any of the Samsung tablets and so I would not get one. Now I have to return the phone myself, cancel everything myself, and go to another location that does not cheat its customers. I still am trying to figure out how a business like this finds it acceptable to sell two items under a promotion only to decide not to provide one of those purchased items to the customer.
