I have been getting sandwiches from the Deli on my lunch break for the last 3 years. Their service has sadly declined recently. It was so bad I had to speak to a manager this past visit. Here is some advice that will help. 1. Focus on your customer. Listen to what they ask for. If you can not remember multiple toppings all at once, ask them one at a time. 2. Smile. Say hello. 3. Do not talk to other employees while making the customers sandwich. Talk to the customer. Ask them how their day is going. 4. If you put a wrong topping on the sandwich and the customer corrects you, appologize. Dont look at the customer and act like its their fault. 5. Stop doing drugs. Your drug use is not helping you be a better employee. 6. Find better friends. You will become like the people you hang around and if they are negative alcoholic deadbeats, you will pick up on their bad habbits and it will affect how you treat customers. 7. Stop smoking Smokers get cranky when they dont get their nicotine. 8. When you start hating your job, ask your manager if their is something else you can do. Your customer knows if you want to be serving them or not.

Store could use a good cleaning some of the workers could use an attitude adjustment and most important they need to make sure they are selling fresh food! Ive had more than a couple times where the items they had for sale were past the expiration date yuck! PLEASE CHECK THE DATES Ive purchased a cake with mold on it and they tried to sell me old juice by trying to mark down the price and I was pregnant at the time this place needs a big renovation

Its been awhile since Ive been in Groceryland. The staff are rude & their vegetables arent up to date. My boyfriend and I bought fruit and vegetables there and as soon as we opened everything when we got home, we found mold on all of our fresh produce. I honestly dont understand how theyre still open.

the people at the deli counter are incredibly rude. I have had nothing but bad service the few times Ive been. Will not go back I dont care how small of a hometown grocery they are.

Good selection, competitive prices. Veggies and meat seem fresh and decent quality. A little run down but its an old establishment.
