My experience with Henry C Reid was great. I brought my eternity wedding band in the store because one the diamonds had fallen out. We got the band 9 years ago in the city. The jeweler informed me that a few other diamonds were loose - as well as some pave diamonds on my engagement ring. I had heard the same thing from other jewelers in the past, but always ignored it. But now, since a stone had fallen out, I decided to move forward. Since my 10 year anniversary was approaching, I decided to keep the center stone of my engagement ring and have the entire ring re-set. Minnie and the jeweler were so helpful in the redesign of my ring. The jeweler also gave me an idea of what the new ring would look like. And when it was done - it looked 100 times better than I expected! I have received so many compliments, and have been asked if the ring was custom made - which I proudly answer "yes"! The entire staff was wonderful to work with. Next, I can not wait to design a custom band the go along with my new ring. I would highly recommend Henry C Reid for any and all of your jewelry needs!

Working with Greg French at Henry Reid has been an absolute pleasure. Greg was so generous with the time he gave me to talk about how I wanted to reset my jewelry. While we went over different designs and ideas, I never felt rushed or unable to talk about what interested me in certain pieces. I couldnt recommend this jeweler any higher. Henry and his son run an amazing business. As soon as you walk in the door you know you are in a reputable, high end jeweler while at the same time being welcomed with a warm smile by everyone who works there. We have purchased many meaningful pieces here. My husband purchased my engagement ring here, my father in law had a family heirloom recreated here after it was lost and it came out beautiful, I have purchased watches for my husband here.
