My fiance and I recently designed and purchased an engagement ring from Marc and J. Albert Johnson Jewelers. From the very beginning, our experience here was incredible. Marc helped us design the exact ring we wanted, found a goregeous center stone, and brought it all together with his expertise and experience in making jewelry. The communication between us and Marc was quick, and he made it easy to make any adjustments or changes. He always took the time to explain everything and answer all of our varied questions throughout the process. The ring was finished weeks earlier than anticipated and it turned out beautifully. Im sure well be back time and again for any future purchases.

Marc will take the time and care you need to help you understand and feel 100% about the process. I worked with Marc to have an old, antique ring remade bc the setting was unstable and the stones kept falling out. Marc was amazing, he explained what he recommended and what they could do and said they could re-make it to be sturdy and still try to keep the look. He kept me up-to-date at every step and sent me pictures of the mold and would text me with every progression in the process. The ring came out even better than I expected. It is so similar to the original and even kept the antique feel of the original. I would highly recommend them, I had such a great experience.

Just picked up our custom engagement ring designed by Marc. Absolutely stunning to say the least! Top notch service! Between the original consultation, the CADD drawings he sent us, the 3D printed model we were able to actually try on and then the physical ring itself just a couple weeks later, the experience literally blew away the competition! Far superior to any chain jeweler you might deal with at some local shopping mall. We will be going here for all of our future jewelry needs! J. Albert Johnson, the only place youll need to go!

Marc is really great to work with. My family has been shopping at J Albert Johnson for years and Im glad I chose to purchase an engagement ring from them. I went here to get an engagement ring, and they were so much help. Marc helped make a custom made ring that was absolutely gorgeous. He made a CADD file of the ring which was really cool, then made a wax figure of it. It was really awesome knowing that it was being made custom. Even when I wanted to change something he remade the ring in the file. I recommend them to everyone because they are so reasonable with prices, helpful, and accommodating.

I came here to look and possibly purchase an engagement ring. The staff are very nice and pleasant. The staff are also very knowledgeable. After a few visits and diamond showings, I purchased the ring and my fiancée loves it! Would recommend anyone to at least check this place out.
