My 90 year old grandma bought a bunch of stuff there,we later picked it all up and got it to her apartment we realized then that one of the items she purchased a couch would in no way fit into the apartment we right away called to see if there was anything we could do she spent $89.99 (way to much for a used old coach) the person I spoke with said the usually cant do anything but in this case they might I would have to call back the next day and speak to Ophelia. When I did so she was rude and just said no way she couldnt help even give store credit at a lesser amount! they will re sale the couch it would be a win win for them they would lose nothing only gain but instead they would rather be rude and not at all understanding. Will never give them any future business that is for sure! So much for taking care of the elderly on a fixed income : (

My wife and I go there on a regular basis. At least we use to, We have save several $100s over the past 5/6 yrs in clothes, books, toys and nick nacks. Great people, very polite and most of all great prices, not to mention weekly discounts, in top of a bargain. It is one of my favorite thrift stores in Stockton. The only thing is that they have a new manager this past year and the prices are going up. So we dont shop as frequent as we use to. I still go there every other week, My wife, well when she thinks she has gain weight or her clothes are a little tight or just needs new clothes for no reason. She really find great bargains...in other word "Why paid more for less. when you can pay less for more".

I think this place is terrible. I went in to buy a toilet chair for my sick Dad. It has been sitting there for over 45 days. I saw it there twice while shopping before. I said I would offer them 8.00 for it. They were asking for 11.97. The older mean woman said, "No way!" Who else would pay that much for a used toilet chair? Especially since its been sitting there so long. I shop there a lot, BUT NOT ANYMORE! Couldnt you give a person a break once in a while?

My wife and I recently went to this store and were pleasantly surprised. We each found quite a few items we would wear for a great deal - I found a couple business shirts and two nice pairs of slacks. I think all four were less than $10. They also have 50% off on certain color tags as well. We were very happy with the organization of this store as well. :) We will definitely be back.

I was looking for childrens toys in good condition and left with two trash size bags of toys, including a barbie magna doodle, a See and Say, a baby doll crib, a little tykes tool bench with all parts, and many more items and I only spent $20.00. You have to keep your eyes open and be willing to take your time to get a full view of all they have to offer.

I never leave this place empty handed! Theres always something I find here that I wouldve spent more money for somewhere else. I especially love their selection of jewelry and electronics. The huge parking lots are helpful too I always know there will be a place for me to park, considering the area thats a big factor.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I left my purse in a shopping cart there recently and thanks to an alert security guard I got my purse back when I returned an hour later. $260 dissappeared out of it while it was in the back office but at least I got it back.

I liked that it has so much variety of stuff to choose from but so EXPENSIVE i mean if im ganna pay that much $$$ for used stuff i just rather buy it new i wish THRIFT STORES get the point that they are selling used stuff not NEW stuff

I was there today and one of the store employees was very helpful. The cashier, although obviously tired, and working hard, was very polite. The store was crowded, but it was a pleasant experience all around.
