Hello!! And mrs. Devorah Wilson she is very rude and acts as if he did not understand I recommend if you go to these dealer ask for other advisor and not her. She never answers my question

I bought a used Honda Ridgeline from this dealership several years ago from Sam. Should be Sham! After several weeks I noticed a bubble on the front of the hood that turned into a rust spot. After close inspection I saw the hood had been repainted. I went in to get the paint blemish fixed and "Shammie" said he would give me a call to get it fixed. Wait, no call, wait no call. I stopped at the dealership 3 different times to talk to Shammie and he would not address my issue. Since I myself had 5 years experience in a car dealership I decided to visit Shammie on a Saturday afternoon about 2:30 in the afternoon (busiest time for car sales) and told Shammie that if he didnt address my rust spot issue that i would step out into the middle of his salesroom floor (there were about 4-5 deals being negotiated at the time) and start telling every customer there about my experience and how the "Sammy Style" was to totally ignore the customers needs immediately after the sale. I have not been back there since and I have had EXTREMELY excellent Service from the Honda Dealership on 91st and Memorial. My wife traded in a car there and I serviced a Honda Civic there for years and got great service all the time. Sales, Service and parts were all good at 91st and Memorial. I never got good service from Don Carlton Honda. Only after I threatened to broadcast my terrible sales and service experience on the showroom floor in Shammies office did I ever get a response from this man. When I see the commercials advertising "Sammy Style" I just wanted to let other people know that this post is my experience with "Sammy Style". Believe me, I have 5 years experience in car sales and the last thing they want is an irate customer on the sales floor during their busy sales time. Cant get any satifaction from your dealership? Go to their showroom floor on a busy Saturday during peak sales and threaten to cause a scene or start getting loud about how upset you are with the service and you will get some action pretty quick. This is the only way I was able to get this Sam character to do something. I sold used cars for 5 years and this man should be ashamed of himself. I bought my Civic after my Ridgeline and drove to Springdale, Arkansas to ge this car. My wife bought her Crosstour at Southpointe Honda. I will NEVER EVER step back on this dealerships property as long as they have "Sammy Style" and I am so determined to let other buyers know that this dealership should be your last resort for a car deal.

Excellent experience! Will not hesitate to go back! Don Carlton Honda saved me thousands over the other Honda dealers! Early this August I was looking for a new vehicle because I have a 4 month old son and I needed a safe, reliable vehicle, especially with Oklahomas insane weather. Anyways, I had looked at Bartlesville and South Point Honda as well as Don Carlton Honda. Not only was Don Carlton Honda a much friendlier environment, but they really did everything they could to get me into the vehicle I wanted: A 2015 Crosstour. My salesman, Samer, was awesome! when negotiating with Don Carlton Honda, they were never pushy or aggressive, and they never tried any of the other cheap games other dealers do in order to pressure you into a purchase. They also let me know about an incentive that was available on the Crosstour; something the other dealers never said anything about!! This saved me a couple thousand dollars over the other dealers for the same color and trim level Crosstour! Don Carlton Honda is looking out for us, the customer, just as much as themselves. Sami even took the time to come talk to me about the car I was buying and is the one that gave me the information on the factory incentive. Not only was I treated like a family member during the purchase process, they even remembered my name when I came back to purchase accessories about two weeks later! I have never been treated so well at a dealer. They never treated me like a waste of time or like they had something better to do; the sales staff at Don Carlton Honda was always fully engaged and courteous. Dont waste your time, start at Don Carlton Honda! Sami, Samer, and Dustin made this a painless process. I WILL BE BACK!!!

Dont waste your money or time at Don Carlton Honda! We had an engine diagnosis done here that didnt show we had a bad engine exhaust valve. The vehicle broke down on the turnpike, leaving my daughter stranded (which was the reason we took the car to be checked out by Don Carlton in the first place), we had it towed to the Honda dealer in Joplin, MO who did the SAME diagnosis less than three months later, and they found the bad valve, and said that it was definitely bad at the time Don Carlton looked at it as the symptoms were the same all along. I asked the service manager to provide a refund of the engine diagnosis ($105) and it took her over two weeks to respond. She said they would "work with me" on repairs for another Honda vehicle I had been having serviced there. When I came in and declined over $1,000 worth of repairs, but agreed to oil change/air filter assuming I would not be charged since they were "working with me", the service manager left and did not do anything to work with me but instead charged me for the additional repairs which was NOT what we had agreed upon. Very deceptive and rude. BAD customer service, BAD follow through and complete lack of integrity/standing behind their incompetent engine diagnosis. Plenty of other Honda dealers in the area to give your business to.
