worst experience ever! my car was towed in on a Sunday by my roadside assistance. i called first thing Monday morning. i was told they were very far behind due to the mechanic getting hurt. Tuesday afternoon i get a call from "Mike" with service. he says they can not diagnose the problem because my battery is dead. the warranty company will not cover anything until it is diagnosed. he says i will have to have a new battery. $145.00 for battery and $25.00 for labor. i told him that my husband could get a battery for $40.00 and come put it on himself for free. Fine! he says. when my husband finished putting the battery on "Mike" told him that since we did it ourselves we have just been put back at the end of the long line of cars. I decided to have my car towed to G.P. Ford. when i called "Mike" to let him know he said I could not have my car until I paid the $90.00 diagnostic fee! WTF??? They never diagnosed anything...I asked for a manager who sided with "Mike". except "Mike" had made a mistake...he never had me sign a service agreement. this infuriated the manager who told me to come get my car and then hung up on me. I would never go back there or recommend anyone else go there. HORRIBLE service Randall Noe!

Horrible car buying experience. DONT make the drive from Dallas hoping you can negotiate the price, even if they tell you on the phone they will. They WONT. They started at a price way above the ad price, including extended warranties & TT&L, but with no break-out of the items included, so i couldnt even tell where they started. I eventually haggled them back down base price + TTL, but they wouldnt go any lower than the ad price. This was after they drug us around the lot showing us lots of cars but not telling us the price of any of them. If theyre listed, you can look on-line, but what a hassle - very aggravating, cumbersome, mystic, unnerving system! Never got to see the car we went out there to see. (They finally told me it was in service, 5 minutes before service closed and we couldnt go see it...) Ended up buying the car they brought out for us (because my daughter loved it) and biting my tongue while the salesman gloated over getting the deal.

Recently purchased a 2012 Tahoe from these guys. Wouldnt budge on the price-thats fine, I can deal with that. The problem(s) I had is that they advertised having the wireless headsets in the pics on Auto Trader, but when we were looking at we were told they were "in the back" and we would receive them after we signed the paperwork. We never got them, and were told they didnt know what happened to them-at the very least this is false advertising. No key fob, and only one key. I assumed something that basic would be included on a $43,000 vehicle. Plus, the oil had never even been changed. We have called several times to try and rectify the issue, and every time we are brushed off. Several managers have promised to look into it, but we have yet to hear back from any of them more than a week later

I negotiated a deal on a new Subaru Outback over the internet/phone. I was leery trusting that they would honor the deal since I live 5 hours away from them. As it turns out they were honest in everything they did, not just the sales people but also the finance guy. The car and deal was exactly like we discussed on the phone and they did their best to get me in and out as soon as possible since I had a five hour drive back home. So far this is the first dealership I have gone to that everyone I ran across treated me well and did not play the car dealership games. I would highly recommend Shannon and Kayla if you are looking for a Subaru as well as Silvio in the finance dept. It was well worth the drive.

Well its funny they claim to care about there customers but I have my doubts my girlfriend bought a 2015 Dodge dart & she recently got a flat well the car has no jack or spare tire so she calls & they tell her that she should just get a tow to the tire shop. So she asked if the dealership was going to reimburse her & they told her no.so she asked them why there wasnt a spare & they informed her that she needs to buy them separately.. Im confused when you buy a brand new car shouldnt it come with the basics I mean there is a place in the trunk for a spare . I definitely would not recommend buying a vehicle from anybody that is going to leave a woman on the side of the road

Ive been car shopping for months and this place was actually somewhat refreshing. I keep experiencing a Jekyll and Hyde scenario with salesmen when its time to negotiate price and that didnt happen here. I dealt with Lonnie Butler and he was super friendly through the entire shopping experience and I stress *entire* because we did sit down and negotiate price briefly for a used vehicle on their lot. Even though our numbers never quite met and I didnt end up purchasing, he stayed the friendly person that hed been while we were test driving and that is something that Ive discovered to be a pretty rare trait the more I shop for a car!

My sister called and spoke with Chad. Told him that her bank said that the 2013 Nissan Altima was overprice by about $1400 according to NADA. He said that they use MMR (though their website states that they use Kelly Blue Book) to get their values, but that he would check on it and speak with the manager and get back with her. I guess he never spoke with the manager because she did not ever receive a call back. If he was not going to do business with her he could have been courteous enough to just tell her that when they spoke, but instead he told her a lie to get her off of the phone.

Worst experience of my life. They told me one price to get me in the door and then they added a bunch of fees on top of that price I have never heard of a 2,000 dollar shop inspection fee on a non certified car. These guys have no idea what that are doing. nobody knew what was going on and had to keep asking the manager what to do.
