This dealership stands out among smaller car dealerships. The staff are some of the most helpful and will work with your needs, as well as your budget. I bought a 2011 Honda CRV and received a great offer from them. I can guarantee you will find no better car leasing experience anywhere else. For Spanish Speakers, Para los que hablen espanol, Este local es uno de los mejores en la region. Con ellos, usted puede contar con que ellos les ayuden a encontrar un vehiculo que desea. My husband and I just went there on Saturday to purchase a vehicle to accommodate our large family and Lakeside motors went above and beyond for us. We had credit issues and they worked with us and the banks to where we were able to get a car that night. My three children were not having the greatest of time being at a dealership while we did business and grew restless, but the owner gave them snacks and made us feel very welcome there. Extremely nice people and I was very happy with how genuine and honest they were with us. I was amazed at how hard they worked to get us approved. I notice two reviews where a man is claiming the finance manager to be racist, due to the reviewer being black and not getting approved for his loan, but I would like to note that my husband is black, as well as our children and we were treated with the utmost respect by everyone there, including the finance manager, who at one point was on the phone with two banks for two different customers at the same time, one on each ear,... trying to get us both approved as quickly as possible. They all get five stars. Thank you for youre help and for standing out from the crowd of dealerships, where usually they are like sharks... but here, we felt like family. God bless youre business and continue doing what you do.

We would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by William at Lakeside Motors. We have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers over our lifetimes. Without a doubt, William was the best sales person we have dealt with in many years. From our first call to him, he were professional and responded to us quickly regarding the vehicle we were interested in. He worked well with us to discuss our needs. William had the integrity we were looking for in a sales person and it was worth our while. He introduced us to the finance manager Max, who was by far the most honest finance manager we have ever met. He was able to work his magic and placed in the vehicle of our choice with payments and interest rates we were comfortable with. Everything he did was honest, straight forward and he delivered on our expectations, right through to the delivery of our shiny vehicle. We sincerely hope Lakeside Motors will hire employees like William and Max to represent the excellence of Lakeside Motors. Thanks Lakeside Motors!!!

Edwin is the worst finance manager. He is not knowledgeable of basic policy and procedures not to mention motor vehicle laws as well. He kept making excuses on why he wasnt going to do a loan. I have worked in auto financing for 5 years myself and I know what can be done. Also, he made very uncomfortable especially when he had us wait for 4 whole hours and he not only helped another customer that came after us he also approved them and had them sign paperwork within 2 hours. I noticed that those people didnt even come with any paperwork at all but yet he harassed me and my brother about paperwork 4x. It actually made us fell like if we were not black we wouldve been approved for the car. Edwin not only wasnt nice but held us hostage for 4 hours only to tell us no. The owner is wonderful person along with the salesman. EDWIN NEEDS TO LEARN MORE about his job role and not the the color of a customer skin. I am very disappointed in how we were treated.

HIGHLY recommend this place, my wife and I were struggling to find a dealership due to bad credit our baby was about to be born and we were needing a car ASAP Max was very helpful he wanted us In a car/truck as bad as we did. He did everything in his power as well and oh man did he try. We ended up walking away with a almost brand new Honda accord I have never been more happy with gas, saftey, room and the looks of the car. This place is a place thats just like to good to be true, besides its perfect and everything they can look for. I work for a dealership for Ford I have been to numerous dealerships and not one of them can match how great this place and people are. That says something when Ford, Dodge and Chevy cant match a private owned company. Will be back Every time I want a vehicle

My wife and I had a great experience at Lakeside Motors in the purchase of our new truck. We came in for another vehicle that someone that arrived 10 minutes before us happened to purchase during our test drive. Our Sales Representative and the Management went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction by making us a great deal on another vehicle, and we are walking away very happy with our purchase. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, and it did not feel like the typical "car salesman" approach at any point during the negotiations or transaction. I highly recommend coming to Lakeside for your next purchase!

I had a great experience working with these guys! I have a not so great credit situation, and after reading some negative reviews, thought it would be a waste of time coming in. I started the process by knowing exactly which vehicle on their lot I wanted. Then sent an email inquiry, explained my situation and sent everything they needed by email before even coming in. They emailed me and said we were good to go, got to the dealership and was in and out in less than an hour! I love my truck, it looks and drives like a brand new vehicle. I will definitely do business with them in the future!

This Dealership is by far the best dealership I have been to. I have bought around 14 vehicles. Max is the man who helped me. He worked with me and got me into the car I wanted. Very professional, trustworthy, honest, respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and a man of his word. Very competitable prices on the vehicles they have. I would definitely recommend Lakeside Motors to anyone looking for a car. If you want to get bullied into buying a car go somewhere else. If you want to have an A+ experience, go to Lakeside Motors. You wont find a better place.

This is the first review Ive ever done anywhere so that alone should tell you something. I honestly hate the whole experience of buying a car but they made me hate it less lol. Edwin Alvarado I can honestly say is a straight shooter and you dont meet too many of those in this business. I will definitely be going back. he got me the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, at an interest rate I couldnt beat anywhere honestly. If you want a dealership thats going to be honest with you I recommend this, at least as far as my experience I had with them.
