NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! I only bought my vehicle here because I had to!! I had no other choice... they jack up the prices and pray on people like me that didnt have any credit and absolutely needed a vehicle. I bought a 2005 focus and paid about 11 grand total (total rip off when the car is worth 3500 now) ... to start I didnt have a license plate for the first 4 months... and they screwed around on getting me that... then I had it about 9 months and I would call in to make payments and once they magically didnt run my card... so what did they do?! re-poed it a week before christmas charging me 700 bucks to get it back... then a few months later my freaking alternator went out and LMC told me that I could get it fixed there and they would tact the payment on to my monthly payment... after knowing all the hassel I had already been through I wanted nothing more to do with them... seriously everyone there are complete assholes. they are always rude and seem like it is a huge deal to do anything for you!! everytime I call to make my car payment the girls that take the payment never answer! I leave a message and they never return my calls EVER. Then I will call and tell them i left a message and what do they say... "we leave the office sometimes and no we wont run your payment unless you call" OHHH REALLLY.. welll I did call to make my payment but you never answer your phones! I could really go on forever about all the mis-haps Ive had with this HORRIBLE company. I would highly recommend to STAY away from this god forsaken hell hole. Shawn the owner is horrible... always has an attitude and never wants to help you ... aside from the day you show interest in wanting to buy a car. You have been warned... DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

Well lets start from the top, they acted great at the time of purchase and I thought I drove out in a pretty descent 2005 F150 from a good company, then a month later the transmission completely went OUT in the truck, on a 2005 F150!! What a coincidence!! And when I asked them if they could help me out on it since I had just bought this truck from them so recently their response was tough luck so I had to get a whole new transmission on a 2005 f150 i had just bought from Legend Motor Cars. A few months after that the alternator completely went out on the truck, so then i had to get a new alternator. They forgot to put a spare tire on the truck when I bought it and I had a blow out and was stranded with my baby boy in the truck and had to pay to get it towed and they again said tough luck we really dont care. Now the engine is comletely going out on the truck and I have a few months left to pay on the truck and they came and repossesed it because the payment was TWO days late. After I drove this truck off the lot for the first time the service turned to horrific, they do not care about anything except your money, you have to call them over and over again to get a hold of then because they do no return your phone calls. IF YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM LEGEND MOTOR CARS YOU WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME, GO ANY OTHER PLACE BUT HERE, EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE FOR A VEHICLE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT WILL BE THE WORST CAR BUYING DECISION YOU HAVE EVER MADE!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS, AND THAT IS BEING NICE ABOUT IT.

"NOT OUR PROBLEM" (keep reading) - DO NOT BUY HERE. I have worked in the vehicle service industry for years. My mothers caretaker (who is responsible for her safety) bought a car from Legend, and the car died on her FOUR times, each time it went back to Legend and told nothing was wrong with it, claiming they drove it for hours and nothing happened. Though each time she got the car back, it would just die randomly, be it on a highway (DANGEROUS) or in a parking lot. She took it to Autozone and had it diagnosed, and the diagnostic came back saying cylinders 1, 3, & 4 were all misfiring, as well as a vacuum leak. So she took it back to Legend, and THEY TOLD HER THAT IT WAS "NOT THEIR PROBLEM"! She is now stuck with a car that does not work and is having to make payments on. This company is lazy and incompetent about car service. They obviously dont know what they are doing. They buy auction cars, turn them around and sell them, then refuse to fix what is wrong with them. Yeah, definitely people you dont want to buy a car from. Go to Carmax or Delta Auto Group over these guys. Much better options AND service.

Now I would be entitled to give a great review since I did purchase a great car from this place, until I got into an accident Wednesday morning and was given the runaround and incorrect /illegal information and was threatened with a repossession (of a vehicle that may be deemed totaled with current payments) and tax return collection (?) (which I never get anyway) and that I will need to pay a deductible upfront along with the police report for a vehicle that has not yet been adjusted so theres no way of knowing if its even repairable! Now I know a little about State laws because I have a retired attorney as a parent (my Mother) so it would make sense that I also know Brandon Weaver (Allen and Weaver) is a Consumer Lawyer in Euless that would have me owning this dealership because of this misinformation and half truths..........Ill just let my attorney contact the other parties insurance for further assistance. Dont be fooled by the color of ones skin, you never know who or what they know, and the results may shock you

When I first was recommended this dealer it was from an existing dealer that I couldnt get approved by on my own. When I got there we looked a couple of vehicles, did an application, told me that I was approved on my own and what I could get and after going over the budget was able to sign and drive. I am a first time buyer and being able to get a vehicle on my own with as bad of a credit history as I had was amazing. They will work with anyone you just have to make sure you can afford the payments. Very professional staff and they will work with you if you have any emergencies or what not. Ive already recommended them to my friends looking to purchase a used vehicle. Ive had no issues with the car and as of a year ago a couple of days my 08 Chevy Cobalt is still running perfectly. Thank you Legend Motorcars, if I had to do it all over again, you guys would have been the first place I would have gone to. Two thumbs up!!

Legend Motorcars is absolutely amazing ! I really needed a new car and I wanted to go through dealership so I could build my credit, but dealerships were turning me down left and right because I didnt have credit. Legends was nothing like that! They were willing to work with me to make sure I not only got a nice car but a reliable one. The staff is so nice and helpful and if you have any problems with your vehicle Scott will fix it with no problem! 1 Year later i have been having issues with my car and no reponse from Scott. Unsure why. But, my review have totally changed. So if you buy a car from Legend Motors on Forest Lane. Pleeeeaaasssseeee!!!!!! make sure Scott have time for you. If not he will not return your telephone calls...........But, my car note is always paid on time monthly. What kind of hospitalty is that?????
